ALL SET DESIGN Co.,Ltd is a Thai company that has gained broad recognition among Thai and international customers.

The company was founded by Poonsiri Chanchampee, a young talented

designer awarded by Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce together with his partner, Effie Yodpanyadee, an experienced management of a well-known network integrated solution company. All Set Design Co.,Ltd is also a member of Thailand Interior Designers’ Association.

Over the years, we have expanded slowly, with an accumulative number of

clients coming from the appraisal for our credibility, speed, and quality of work.

To achieve high quality, within budget and on schedule. Our principles are

creativity and appropriate interior style to maximize customer satisfaction. We have consideration for environmental conditions and consider advanced technology. We consider balance. With these goals and principles, our work achieves an excellent standard of design and brings satisfaction to all.

Interior Design Service Charge

Size of space is a main factor in calculating service charge for Interior design service which we normally charge by Square meter as shown below;

Smaller than 50 Sq.m. THB 35,000 Bigger than 50 Sq.m. THB 850 / Sq.m. Bigger than 100 Sq.m. THB 750 / Sq.m. Bigger than 200 Sq.m. THB 650 / Sq.m. Bigger than 300 Sq.m. THB 550 / Sq.m. Bigger than 400 Sq.m. THB 450 / Sq.m.

Service Charge will be collected by installment; 1st Installment : 20% upon signing contract with concept design presentation2nd Installment: 40% upon submitting 3D presentation3rd Installment : 35% upon submitting working drawing4th Installment : 5% once the construction is submitted.

Architect Design Service Charge

Size of space is also consider as a factor in calculating service charge for architectural design service, which are normally at 5% to 7% of the total project cost.

Service Charge will be collected by installment; 1st Installment : 10% upon signing contract with land measurement to get concept design started2nd Installment: 20% upon submitting concept design and approval3rd Installment : 30% upon submitting working drawing4th Installment : 30% once the working drawing for construction is submitted to the contractor.5th Installment : 10% once the construction is submitted.

Network Design Service Charge

Bht 1,500 per service point EXCLUDE equipments
