Introduction
All Risk Management is a dynamic new consulting firm that was founded by the CEO 2016.
We have head hunted the renounced experts in Safety, Occupation Health, Environment and
Quality to form our core team with a head office based in Durban.
These experts with experience in consulting, implementing and auditing management
systems within various industries have formed a pivotal alliance to create this enterprise.
We assist, small, medium and large companies’ solutions to enhance their image improve
their SHEQ performance and increase awareness on site to become more successful in their
core business.
Our Vision
To become the preferred consulting agency providing SHERQ services throughout South
Africa and abroad.
Mission Statement
All Risk Management strives to meet operational excellence through efficiency and continual
improvement.
BBBEE
We have achieved a level three BBBEE status, and we fully support the BBBEE Act and the
Codes of Good Practice listed therein.
Accreditation
All Risk Management has been accredited by Department of Labour to offer First Aid Levels; one, two
and three. We also have been endorsed as a corporate member of SAIOSH.

to SAIOSH, IRCA and the various SETA’s

Our Consultants
Preston Naidoo
Preston has an Emergency Medical Practitioner and SHEQ Auditor qualifications, with
international qualifications in Nebosh, ISO and OSHAS and he is registered as an assessor; and
a moderator; with HPCSA and several SETA’s. He is also a certified Basic Life support instructor
with the American Heart Association and has trained employees in HSE across sub-Saharan
Africa. He’s further qualified in Labour relations through the Services Seta. Preston is currently
completing his Bcom in Risk Management.
He has 13 years of experience in these sectors and trained many employees in corporate and
industrial spheres. The training included – Incident Investigation and HIRA, Environmental
Awareness and First-Aid, SHE Reps, OHSA, Safety Management and OHS legislation.
His training and experience as a paramedic has given Preston the ability to work smoothly
under pressure and take control of stressful situations.
Preston has served as an Operational Manager therefore gaining invaluable leadership skills
as well as I.R. & H.R. attributes.
He has project managed several companies in the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS
18001.
Advocate Ravi Reddy
Ravi Reddy is our industrial legal consultant. He is a member of the bar council of South Africa
as an Advocate of the Supreme court of South Africa, with right of appearance at any legal
forum. Attained an LLB degree first class. Practices nationally in all aspects of law. Has
appeared at the bargaining councils, magistrate’s courts and high courts. Practiced Labour,
Civil, and Criminal and advised on aspects of competition law. Served on disciplinary councils
of the South African football association at Ethekwini region, Chatsworth netball association
and several schools. Ravi has been involved with the SAPS on disciplinary matters.

Adderly Govender
Adderly is a registered assessor and moderator. He has facilitated several verification
processes with the different SETA’s. His specializes in ETQA endorsements. Adderly host
several years of experience in the construction safety sphere. He conducted numerous risk
assessments on- new and existing construction and demolition sites. Adderly served as a
safety consultant for Islandview tenants; where is primary focus was to identify risks and
mitigate such risks; through training and policy implementation
Sathie Chetty
Sathie has a Masters’ Degree in Engineering and has been involved in Research, developing
a hybrid composite using nanoparticles for use in the aerospace industry. She has 10 years
industry experience and has conducted several audits with alignment for global hygiene
strategies for various blue chip companies. Her key clientele includes; South African
Breweries, PPEBC, Composite Research Group, 5 M Consulting and DUT. Her specialty is in
quality management and quality assurance.
