If you prefer to frame the art yourself, you will receive your piece in your choice of canvas or semi-glossy paper, rolled in a sturdy carton tube and carefully packed to avoid creasing. We will create your portrait in your selected size and leave approximately 1 inch of extra white material around the edges to allow for easy framing/mounting.

All of our framed pieces are assembled in-house by our team of professionals and go through a thorough quality control examination prior to shipping in order to guarantee a flawless final product. Our prices are carefully calculated to offer you a competitive alternative to any local framing store.

Framed canvas: Produced onto 100% cotton, artist-grade canvas using a highly sophisticated process and archival-quality, UV protected ink. We then mount the canvas onto a sturdy gator board and add your choice of frame. The surface of the canvas remains uncovered to show the beautiful texture. All the hanging wiring and hardware is installed in the back.

Credits, Exchanges & CancellationsSince allPopart’s products are custom-made, they cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than shipping damages. If you wish to cancel your order prior to us doing any design work, your credit card will be refunded for the full design price. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the design, you may cancel the rest of your order but you will still incur in the design price charges. However, we will work on any modifications you require (colors or design) at no charge as long as they are done from the original design proof based on the submitted photo. Orders can be cancelled if no photos have been submitted to us. Non-custom products can be returned within 30 days of their shipping date for exchange or credit toward another allPopart purchase.
