AGREEMENTA Customer Support Agreement between you and N C Power Systems will help you lower your cost per unit of production. Agreements are tailored to fit your business needs and can range from simple Preventive Maintenance Kits to sophisticated Total Cost Performance Guarantees. No matter which option you choose, you can be assured that N C Power Systems will provide you with carefulplanning and ongoing attention that will help you succeed.
In every situation and with every standby generator, a CSA is an individualized plan. Your agreement may include as few or as many standby generators as you wish. You can cover individual systems, single generators, or all of your generators. We will work with you to determine the best strategies to maximize productivity and minimize costs for both your Cat and non-Cat generators.®
