On November 24, 2017, the City of Winnipeg received your request for access to the following:

All decks, documents, presentations, and handouts, and their drafts, by the City of Winnipeg for 2017 bond rating meetings in New York City.

Your request for access is granted in full. Our search located one responsive record: the 66 page PowerPoint presentation “The City of Winnipeg Credit Rating Presentation, October 2017.” As you requested a copy of this record, and as it can reasonably be reproduced, in accordance with section 14(1)(a) of the Act a copy is enclosed. Please note these presentations are at a point of time so some information is now out of date.

Section 59(1) of the Act provides that you may make a complaint about this decision to the Manitoba Ombudsman.
