In follow up to the deposition of Albert De Bonis which occurred on February 23, 2016, below is a breakdown of the expert fees owed by each party in attendance at the deposition.
4.5 hours x $450/hour = $2,025.00
$2,025.00/12 parties = $168.75 per party
As agreed at the deposition, there were 12 parties in attendance at the deposition and each party's share of Mr. De Bonis' fees is $168.75. A copy of the appearance pages from the court reporter is enclosed for reference.
Fees are to be paid directly to Wood Advisory Services, Inc. and a copy of the completed W9 form is enclosed for your convenience.
