1. You can apply online (or download an applica-tion) on our website. Completed applications must be received by the session deadline shown above.
2. It’s your responsibility to purchase any text-books or materials required for your courses. Textbooks can be ordered and/ or purchased online at http://bookstore.lakeheadu.ca
3. If an offi cial transcript is required, it must be forwarded directly from the issuing institution.
4. All courses are off ered subject to suffi cient enrolment and instructor availability.
5. We reserve the right to modify published fees and refund policies without prior notice.

We deliver Additional Qualifi cation (AQ) Courses Additional Basic Qualifi cation (ABQ) Courses and Honour Specialist Qualifi cation (HSQ) Courses in several formats, so you can study the way that suits your lifestyle and your learning style best.
Online. Take your courses in a virtual classroom where you can interact with your instructor and fellow colleagues.
Courses provide fl exibility for teachers with personal and professional commitments which may restrict their ability to take courses in a more traditional classroom setting.
On-Campus and Off. Blended Delivery lets you experience the best of both worlds! Blended delivery combines shorter, face-to-face sessions with the distance learning of videoconferences and/or online learning.
Transferability of CredentialsOur AQ/ABQ/HSQ courses carry full university degree credit (1.0 FCE). This means your courses are recognized by teaching governance bodies in other jurisdictions outside of Ontario such as in B.C. and Alberta.
AccreditationInstruction and all courses are accredited by the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) and qualifi ca-tions earned are submitted for inclusion on your Certifi cate of Qualifi cation and Registration.
Additionally, all courses (except PQP) are recognized as both AQs and university degree credits by both QECO and OSSTF’s salary placement evaluation programs as you build your career.
