It is understood and agreed that all space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the AAFS reserves the right to decline any application or disallow any exhibit which is not in keeping with the character of the exhibition, to assign exhibitors to the best available space, and to make reasonable shifts in location for the benefit of the exhibitor or the betterment of the exhibition. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) are NOT invited to participate in this show. to exhibit under and comply with the “Rules and Regulations”(enclosed) and any amendments thereto, and the terms in all space assignment letters sent to us, all of which are made a part of this agreement. All-American Fastener Show 2015Rules & Regulations

1. CHARACTER OF EXHIBITS:AAFS may rent and license space for any exhibit of industry or of educational value. Each exhibitor’s space will be provided with one (1) six foot covered and skirted table, identification sign and two (2) chairs. All exhibits must be designed, constructed and operated in good taste and in accordance with the best interest of All-American Fastener Show, which management, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to decide.

All sales, publicity and promotional activities conducted by the exhibitor must be confined to his/her space. Carnival tactics and use of amplification systems is forbidden. Distribution by exhibitor of any printed material, souvenirs or other articles shall be restricted to the designated space for exhibitor. Only registered exhibitors will be allowed to distribute literature within designated space.

AAFS will prohibit the installation and operation of any exhibit not meeting AAFS approval. AAFS, in its sole discretion may prohibit the conduct of any activity whatsoever, which it deems in the best interest of the All-American Fastener Show. AAFS will attempt to keep all competitor booths as far apart as practical. American-owned companies only—If a company is located in the USA and owned by a foreign company, they will not be allowed to exhibit but they may attend the show. Priority of location will be determined by date of receipt of contract and payment from Exhibitor.

2. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY:Insurance, if desired, must be obtained by the exhibitor at his/her own cost and expense. AAFS assumes no risk, and by the acceptance of the agreement, exhibitor expressly releases AAFS of and from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental and occupation of said space by exhibitor and agrees to hold and save AAFS harmless of and from any loss or damage by reason thereof.

AAFS assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any property placed in the All-American Fastener Show building and AAFS is hereby released and discharged from any and all liability from any loss, injury or damages to persons or property that may be sustained while at the All-American Fastener Show.

3. EXHIBIT SET UP:All exhibits must be completed and in place by 9:00 a.m., Sept. 10, 2015. Exhibitors will have access to theexhibition hall between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on September 9th for set up of exhibits.

4. CARE OF EXHIBITS:All-American Fastener Show is responsible for cleaning all aisle space; therefore, exhibitors must cooperate by notthrowing refuse on the floor, or any other material, which will endanger public safety or inconvenience otherexhibitors during show hours. All exhibitors must clean their spaces prior to move out.

5. UTILITY SERVICE:It is understood that exhibitors will contract for and pay for all utility service required by them. Initial here ifrequired: ________

6. REMOVAL OF GOODS:No exhibit, or portion thereof, may be removed during the show without prior written consent of AAFS. Removalof goods from the All-American Fastener Show area must be effected through the shipping entrance. AAFS will notassume any shipping fees for exhibitors’ display materials, either to or from the hotel, or while on the hotelproperty; such fees are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 5:00p.m. on Sept.10, 2015.

7. BADGES:Each registered exhibitor will receive (2) Exhibitor badges. The badge entitles the exhibitor access to all AAFSfunctions.

8. OEMS:In order to preserve the distributor’s role in the marketplace and maintain the integrity of the All-American Fastener Show, management has implemented a policy that discourages the attendance of OEMs and end users of fasteners and mill supplies.

9. SUITCASING: Attempting to solicit business without paying for that privilege is both unethical and unprofessional; as such AAFS has a strict policy against such “suitcasing” on the exhibit floor as well as expo-sponsored activities. Visitors attempting to “suitcase” will be removed from the premises. In order to further protect the integrity of AAFS, management asks that exhibitors report infractions of this policy immediately.

10. AMENDMENTS: These rules, regulations and conditions have been drawn for the purpose and intention of providing a well-balanced, regulated, attractive and successful All-American Fastener Show, in an effort to provide the greatest good to the greatest number. AAFS shall have full power to interpret the rules and regulations or make such ruling as may appear to be for the best interest of the entire All-American Fastener Show and any and all amendments of the foregoing rules, regulations and conditions shall bind the exhibitor.
