    the project

    The multimodal transportation station [MTS] is located in north Albuquerque/Rio Rancho on the south/east corner of Ellison Avenue and Coors Boulevard. ItLVVDQGZLFKHGEHWZHHQDFRPPHUFLDOVWULSRQWKHZHVWDQG&LEROD+LJKVFKRROon the east. It is adjacent to the Cottonwood Mall as well as in close proximityto Intel. This transportation hub will be a feeder into the Rail Runner train thatOLQNV%HOHQWR6DQWD)H7KHKXEZLOOLQFOXGHWKHLQWURGXFWLRQRID/LJKW5DLOUXQ-QLQJQRUWKVRXWKRQ&RRUVDQGHDVWRI(OOLVRQ7KHSULPDU\FRQFHQWUDWLRQZKLOHGHVLJQLQJWKHPXOWLPRGDOWUDQVSRUWDWLRQVWDWLRQZDVWRIRFXVRQXUEDQLQWHJUD-WLRQ7KURXJKREVHUYLQJWKHHOGFRQGLWLRQVRIWKHVLWHQHZOLQNDJHRSSRUWXQL-ties for spatial development were planned.
