Darryl comes from an academic, corporate and consulting background. He was a
Senior Lecturer at Canterbury University in New Zealand; and has worked and
presented overseas at conferences and conducted research and consulting and/ or
facilitation work in: more than 15 countries.
Darryl has held senior executive/ leadership positions in education and corporate
entities as CEO, Group Managing Director, Executive Director, National Head of HR &
L&D (including leading the Recruitment function).
20+ years as key note speaker at conferences, facilitator of workshops, focus groups
and discussions, Darryl has facilitated workshops with a large range of clients globally
across private and public sectors. Topics include, but not limited to: Working with
Diverse Teams (including Millenials), Empowerment & Engagement, Interviewing
skills, Coaching & Mentoring, Communication skills, Change management,
Management skills, Building High Performance Teams, Performance Conversations,

Henry Hanafiah

Henry has 20+ years experience as management consultant, 8 years as Human
Resource Director in leading companies in Indonesia. He has gained deep experience
in Organizational Transformation, Performance Management, Remuneration System,
Organizational Development and Talent Management. He has been working together
with clients to support their business strategy, such as: Gudang Garam, Konimex,
Charoen Pokphand, Astra Group, PTPN, ATB, BI, BNI 46, Bukopin, CIMB Niaga,
Danamon, UOB, Dipo Mitsubishi, Jiwasraya, Bursa Efek Indonesia, etc.
Henry has succeeded to develop Human Resource initiatives including: Strategic Plan,
HR Strategy, Permormance Management System, Merger & Acquisition, Job Grading
and Remuneration Design, etc.
Henry was graduated from Bachelor Degree of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB),
majoring in Civil Engineering and then graduated from Master in Business

Bambang is a Professor of Accounting; Head of Accounting Doctoral Program
FEB Universitas Airlangga; Chairman of the Governance and Competitiveness
Center – Universitas Airlangga; Consultant and facilitator in workshops related
to: Strategic Management, Balanced Scorecard, Performance Management,
Cost Management, Management Accounting, Certified Management
Accounting (CMA-Australia)
With 20+ experience as speaker in conferences and workshop, Bambang has
done research/consultancy: Association of Organizational Structure,
Continuous Improvement Capability and Company Performance: The Mediatory
Role of Continuous Improvement Capability of Big Manufacturing Company in
Indonesia, International Business Management ; Mediating Effect of
Psychological Capital and Job Satisfaction on Budget Participation-Managerial
Performance Relationship : Case Study of A Public Sector Organization In
Indonesia, presented in APMAA Conference, Taipei, Taiwan 2016 ; etc.
Erwin Muniruzaman
Erwin is a Talent Management Leader in Willis Towers Watson Indonesia. His
areas of expertise include advising and assisting Companies with the Strategic
Talent and Reward development that aligned with the Business Strategy. He is
leveraging his strong background as a seasoned HR Practitioner with a span
almost 15 years on overall HR experience practice of strategizing, policy
making and running HR Service operations in Banking Industry and Retail in
Indonesia. Developing HR strategy and practice align with Business Strategy
as his continuous goals.
Erwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Astronomy) from the Bandung
Institute of Technology. He also holds certifications : CHRP (Certified HR
Professional) and CTPM (Certified Professional Talent Management). He have
finished course for Pension Funds Manager mandatory course and General
Insurance (IPGDI - Institute of Insurance & Risk Management). He frequently
speaks at conferences and seminars on a variety of current interest topics
relating to Talent Strategy and Reward programs design.
