plan.
Key ProcessesNext, we help you identify the organization’s key pro-
-cient way that will allow the strategy’s successful ex-ecution. The “Performance Model” methodology is used to assess the degree to which the strategy is supported by the company´s operational and admin-
istrative processes of the business.
Business UnitsWe start by helping your organization align each one of its divisions towards a common goal. To do so, we develop Strategy Maps with both shared objectives and those unique to each unit, and then cascade key performance indicators and goals to materialize the corporate initiatives that will impact each division.
Support UnitsSubsequently, we guide Support Units (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) to develop their short, medium and long term strategies and goals and make sure that these are aligned to the business units’ strate-gies and corporate priorities.
