Qualifica�on Descrip�onThis qualifica�on is designed to reflect the job role of entry level employees working across the en�re financial services industry who perform du�es rela�ng to administra�ve, clerical and customer service roles in banking, credit management, insurance and retail financial services. Individuals at this level apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy and judgement and to take limited responsibility in known situa�ons under general supervision.

Nominal Dura�onThis qualifica�on has a set nominal dura�on of 18 months. This is the amount of time you need to be committed to, for sucessful completion of this qualification.

Nominal HoursThis qualifica�on has a set nominal hours of 480.

Program Content

This training program covers 13 units of competency taken from the Financial Services Training Package which is recognised na�onally.

There are four (4) core units and nine (9) elec�ve units to complete.

RTOThe training will be delivered by locally by Dovaston Training and Assessment Centre.

Study ModeSelf-paced workbooks will be issued to the student, to support the work-based (on the job) training provied.

Further Study and Career PathwaysFurther training pathways from this qualifica�on include, but are not limited to progressing to a Cer�ficatge IV, Diploma or Advance Diploma qualifica�on within the Management and Commerce Field of Educa�on.
