BIOGRAPHY: Mexican­American Tenor, Alexis Alfaro, has captivated audiences throughout the world! He has been seen as Alfred (Die Fledermaus), Lippo Fiorentino (Street Scene), Herman (The Most Happy Fella), Beppe (Rita) and singing for the San Diego Opera. He has be seen performing throughout Los Angeles as a featured soloist with OperaonTap LA! and OperaonTap Latino!   In the summer of 2012 he was a scholarship recipient to the Advanced Artist program of OperaWorks in Los Angeles and in the summer of 2013 he played the roles of Basilio (Marriage of Figaro), Demo (Il Giasone) and did scene work as Tamino (The Magic Flute) and Lensky (Eugene Onegin) with the Opera Academy of California in San Francisco. In 2014, Mr. Alfaro has performed in over 50 concerts and was given a scholarship to attend the University of Kansas to obtain his Master’s in Opera.   Mr. Alfaro is also an accomplished rugby player, winning several championships for professional foreign and domestic teams. For more information, please visit www.alexisvalfaro.com
