JOHN MASSEY

I am a licensed civil engineer and surveyor and have for the past 40 years been involved

with more than 300 significant hospital projects within 35 states. I have been

responsible for three companies that I have been president of and more specifically my

duties are related to land acquisition, land use, zoning, variances, wetland identification

and mitigation and associated governmental interaction and approvals and

infrastructure construction. I am semi-retired and I have been a president of a

homeowners association before and have been responsible for dealing with day to day

issues that arise. Although we have not owned in the Bonita Bay for a long period of

time, we intend to be full time residents and make Esperia our home. I think my long

term leadership and professional experience makes me uniquely qualified to serve on

the board.

Bruce E Mohl

I have an undergraduate degree from Hamilton College and a law degree from Boston

University School of Law. I practiced law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for 16

years, most of that in complex litigation on behalf of state government, involving

constitutional issues, regulatory law and statutory interpretation. I served as New

Hampshire's Deputy Attorney General, and in that capacity I was counsel to the Governor

of New Hampshire in litigation involving numerous issues related to the Executive Branch

of state government and defended the state in complex matters in federal and state

courts at the trial and appellate level. J was appointed to the New Hampshire Superior

Court in 1988 by then Governor John Sununu. I served on that court full time for almost

twenty years, handling felony criminal cases, including First Degree Murder charges, and

a wide variety of complex civil matters. I continue to serve today as a Senior Justice on

the Superior Court where J sit as a trial judge from time to time when I am in New Hampshire. J retired as a full-time judge in 2007,

and started a private Mediation and Arbitration Practice and continue that practice today, resolving disputes for parties involved in

civil litigation.

In 2009 I joined the Bonita Bay Homeowners Transition Committee which sought to secure for the Bonita Bay community the

transition of control of the Bonita Bay Community Association (BBCA) from the developer to residents. As a member of the

Committee, I was the lead negotiator for over a year and a half of negotiations with Bonita Bay Group to rewrite the governing

documents for Bonita Baywhich led to the election of a resident BBCABoard and the successful turnover of the community in June

2011. In May 2012, the new BBCABoard asked me to complete the term of a Board member who resigned, and I have served as a

BBCADirector since that time. In that capacity I worked with our counsel and successfully negotiated with Bonita Bay Group a

resolution of the then pending trademark lawsuit that BBGhad initiated against the Community Association and have been actively

involved in a number of other issues.Given my legal and judicial background I have worked closely with BBCAcounsel on multiple

issues facing the Association since turnover. I have also been a member of the Bay Pointe Condominium Association Board since

2011.

As the BBCA Board, homeowners elected by homeowners, continues its assumption of the leadership and direction of the

Community Association, we face a series of opportunities and challenges going forward. The remediation of the conditions of our

lakes, those owned both by the Association and individual communities, will be a long range, challenging project on which we have

made a very good start. We need to continue our efforts to determine if, in the long run, the marina can become part of

Community Association assets, or, if not, to develop policies to insure that the Bonita Bay community remains a private gated

community. As a Board we need to support our very dedicated management and staff in their efforts to maintain and improve our

community. They are what have made this community what it is today. We will continue to have an ongoing relationship with

Bonita BayGroup going forward, over its development of its limited remaining property in Bonita Bay, and as a Board, we need to

be vigilant in protecting the interests of homeowners as that development progresses. We must aggressively pursue the Bay

Woods /I voting dispute with Bonita BayGroup over its voting power, a holdover issuethat was unresolved during turnover. And we

have a responsibility to develop appropriate and cooperative relationships with the individual communities in Bonita Bay and with

the Bonita BayClub, which is such an important and vital part of the community.

Resume for BOD nomination for John J. Nemsiek,27351 Ridge Lake COUl1;Ph. 239-498-7979

Ed: BSCE University of Illinois; MBA University of Chicago

Career: 1960-1966 U.S. Steel Corp (management); 1966-1996 General Foods/KraftFoods (experience as Project Manager, Purchasing Manager, Division & CorporateLogistics Planning Director, retired as V.P. LogisticslPurchasing Kraft Foods Int'l.)

Qualifications: Member of BBC since 2000; resided in Bay Pointe until we purchasedour home in River Ridge in 2005 & became full time residents in 2008; served on BayPointe Board 2001-2003 & on BBC Golf Committee 2005-2008. River Ridge co-rep. forTOe. Taught International Business/Management at both Pace University & MercyCollege in NY after retirement from 1996-1999.

Bonita Bay became our home because we loved the environment it presented, the peoplewe met & the facilities at hand. I want to work towards restoring BB to what brought ushere; (i.e.), the intangibles offriendship, attitude & serenity when needed! I pride myselfon my ability to listen to aItemative solutions to issues & then act to correct thoseproblems. BB is on the road to being restored as a top notch facility and that can befurthered by making a community which not only looks beautiful, but also providesfacilities & staff to enable enjoyment of the resources. In my career, I went throughseveral major corporate reorganizations and understand the conflicting mores whichsurface as well as the need for unity to keep striving for the overall goal. The BBCA is ina reorganizational situation which has to define its long term structure. A successfulorganization must operate within its budgetary constraints and plan funding for futureknown and unknown needs; as a Board Member I would constantly work to develop andmaintain those goals( budgetary & planning). A well run community will attract andretain members who have pride in ownership and, through its reputation, continue tomake it a special place. My goal on the BOD would be to re-achieve that status for BonitaBay.
