Additional Terms · OUTSIDE CATERING CLEANING FEE $500 · 25% Service Charge and 11% Alexandria tax will be applied to all food and beverage charges. · 25% Service Charge and 6% Alexandria tax will be applied to all room rental and audio visual charges. · All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the hotel, and consumed on property. · A food waiver must be signed when using an outside catering service and bringing in your own food

and beverage, and a non-refundable $500.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. This does not include linens, napkins, silverware, glassware, and plates.
