The legend of Wong

Chang Hang Wong Chang Hang was a poor Chinese man. However, he

was also a mixed martial arts specialist and a jujitsu expert.

But no one realized that. The wealthy town people treated

Wong Chang Hang like a poor peasant. The emperor of the

town was named Master Shefoo. He didn’t like people that

treated other people badly. So he invited Wong Chang Hang

to his palace to eat some food. They became very good

friends and Wong Chang Hang came to the palace often.

One day the good emperor drank a mysterious potion.

All of a sudden he turned into an evil emperor and started to

steal all the town’s dumpling and noodles. The people be-

came so hungry. Wong Chang Hang wanted to figure out what

happened to the town. He wanted to see for sure rather if the

emperor was okay or not.

Wong Chang Hang went to the emperor’s palace and

sure enough he saw that the good emperor was acting funny.

He was shoving bowl and bowls of noodles and dumpling in

his mouth. As soon as Wong Chang Hang arrived, he saw the

Master breaking everything that he owned; the vase of leg-

end, statue of himself, and the bowl of secrets.

Wong Chang Hang was shocked about what was hap-

pening. The only way to turn him back was to fight him and

beat him. However Master Shefoo had an army of soldiers

guarding him. He had to use his ancient kung fu skills to de-

feat all of them. He grabbed hold of a broom and started at-

tacking them but they were too many of them and they were

too strong. They immediately kicked Wong Chang Hang out

of the city/town and locked the gate. From a distance Wong Chang

Hang could hear the evil emperor laughing among himself.

Wong Chang Hang had to find a way to get back into town and

beat the evil Master Sheffoo. He went into the forest to think of a

plan. Along his way he met Wang, Chong, and Hong. They were

three fighters that came from china. Wong Chang Hang and they be-

came friends. Wang, Chong and Hong agreed to help Wong Chang

Hang fight Master Shefoo and save the town. And so they went at

dawn. First they had to defeat all the guards at the gate. Then they

had to get past Master Shefoo’s Personal assassin which was a

skilled martial artist like them. Finally they arrived at the palace.

The palace was broken and dirty all over. Inside was even

worst. Master Shefoo was still eating. He had least Gain 20 pounds!

Wang attacked first but Master Shefoo wasn’t even fazed. Chong at-

tacked. Shefoo got a few cuts and bruises nothing much. Hong at-

tacked, but was quickly swiped away. Wong Chang Hang was last.

Now that all the guards were gone he could finally get his hands on

the Evil Master Shefoo. Master Shefoo said: “You will never DEFEAT

ME!!”Wong Chang Hang shouted: “Or will I!!” Quickly they had an

intense fight. After all the dust was cleared Wong Chang Hang was

standing with Master Shefoo on the ground. Wong Chang Hang said:

“It is finally over.”

After a few years the town was successful and was still grow-

ing. The new Master was Wong Chang Hang and his friends were the

leader of the army. Wong Chang Hang got married to a girl that he

had a crush on for a long time. Rich people respected him now and

he lived for a long, long time.

My War Journal

Day 1, March 1: 10:28AM

Just woke up in the morning. First day at training camp, I ate breakfast. I ate a biscuit and some coffee.

Time or training!

Day 1, March 1: 4:35 PM

I was a long day today. Sir Jackson made us do lots of training. Such as the obstacles he built and all those

push-ups and crunches. We had a chance to know our gun/rifle. I named my Motor Jack.


Time for midnight training. We ran 5 miles and had to crawl in the mud while it was raining. We also prac-

ticed shooting at dummies.

Day 2, March 2: 3:07 AM

There has been a warning that enemy troops were approaching with heavy artillery and lots of troops. We

set up bunkers and some machine guns.


Many of the enemy troops were killed in the air strike we called prior to the invasion. The Russians also

sent some war boats that we eventually took over. The other Russian were taken into captivity.


After a great victory, my boys and I went to the bunkers to relax, play some cards, drink some whisk, and

take a nap! ZZZZZZZ………….


The Russians are at it again. This time they brought tanks, air strike,

and bazookas. We were forced to retreat but they didn’t let us. Sir

Jackson told me to call immediate backup. Suddenly right after I took

my eyes off of him, he got shot right in the chest; I quickly stopped the

bleeding and called help. A medic came but said he wasn’t going to

make it.


We finally fought of the Russian. Many of my colleagues were injured

or dead. Sir Jackson was buried at Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian

Cemetery. Our condolences were sent to his families.


The few of us that were left were sent to a new camping headquarters. I was separated from my friends and

was directed to the artillery room. There I met my captain. His name was Machine Gun Joe. A.K.A. MGJ.

We call him that because he likes to play with his machine gun. Its name was Daphne.


We practiced shooting at targets. I actually got really good at it. I made a new friend his name is Joey. He

has been in the army for 5 years already! MGJ said they have spotted the last enemy campsite. We were

going to attack on March 20th at dawn.

Day 20, March 20: 12:00PM

Ok. We are going to attack from all sides; I’m one of the snipers from above. We have helicopters coming

as well as a few airstrikes. Let’s win this thing for our country.


We finally fought off the few enemies that were still alive. However we captured the mastermind out of

this whole plan. Osama bin Laden! He was up to one of his nasty plans again.

Day 23, April 13

Finally arrived back to America; in my home state California. I missed my family dearly, especially my

wife and kids. But at least we live in a free country now!

Should Students be Able

to Choose Their Own

Teacher? Every year schools are worried about their kids

and teachers. Also, grades are dropping for kids who

complain about their teachers. Students should be

able to choose their own teachers.

If they don’t like their teacher they won’t be able

to focus and will not pay attention in class. If the stu-

dents don’t pay attention they will get bad grades.

They will not do work and will fool around. If they get

to choose a teacher that they like they might get

along better and might actually pay attention.

Strict teachers strike fear into student, so that

way kids can’t express themselves in their work.

They will just do what the teacher says. If kids can’t

express themselves they won’t do the best work they

can.

In conclusion students should be able to choose

their own teacher. Students won’t focus in class and

won’t pay attention. That is why students are getting

such bad grades. Students can’t express themselves

and show their best effort. Students should be able to

pick their own teachers.

Three Person Collaboration:

Plane Crash!

Danielle & Chad were shaken by a blonde

women screamed over the intercom. “Everyone

please remain calm. Just fasten your seatbelt un-

til further notice.

Danielle & Chad fastened their seatbelt and

held each other’s hand. Crash! The plane

plunged into the water. Danielle slammed her

face on to the front seat. She started bleeding.

Next thing you know the plane crashed and they

were the only survivors. They were on a stranded

island.

“Where is everyone?”Danielle said. Chad

came out from the burning plane.

“Danielle!”:Are you okay?” said Chad.

“Yeah but we are lost and we don’t have food.”

“It’s ok. We’ll search for some food and water.

Right now you need to relax. You’re bleeding on

your head. The flight station will notice that one

of their plane has not arrived and rescue

us.”Chad walked away into the deep forest.

Chad came back with water. “Here lets create

a signal fire.” They both put rocks in a S.O.S.

eThey created a small shelter they could only fit

into.

Danielle went to search for food while Chad

made a signal fire. Danielle found some berries

and found some seeds. But nothing else. Then

she found a open area that a lot of animals. She

went back to Chad and told him about the place.

Chad later brought back a deer and was about

to cook it. When he found a fresh water lake that

had fish in it too. Once Chad came back with

food and water, she was delighted and happy.

In the morning there was a plane flying

above and was about to land and rescue them.

Danielle said “This vacation wasn’t that bad af-

ter

all!”
