Desde que era un niño, los coches siempre desperta-ron en mí un interés especial. Poseían, a mis ojos, un magnetismo irresistible que me impulsaba a querer descubrir cada uno de sus secretos, y siempre he creído en el automóvil como en algo que va mucho más allá de un simple medio de transporte: era un modo de vida. Y fue aún siendo un niño cuando supe que ese modo de vida tenía necesariamente que ser el mío, de un modo u otro. El mercado del automóvil no atraviesa uno de sus mejores momentos, pero es en épocas de crisis donde surgen las grandes oportunidades, fruto del trabajo, el esfuerzo, y la imaginación. Mi trabajo, esfuerzo e imaginación está recogido bre-vemente en las siguientes páginas, donde expongo reportajes completos de algunos de los coches más interesantes que he tenido el placer de fotografiar, con un diseño de página también de mi creación. Espero que disfrute con mi trabajo.

Since I was a child, I have always felt a special at-traction to cars. They got, from my point of view, an irresistible magnetism that pushed me to learn all its secrets, and I have always thought that cars are not a simple way of travelling: they are a way of life. And even being a child, I have always known that cars would be necessarily my way of live. The world of cars is not passing a good moment, but it´s in crisis periods when the big opportuni-ties come to us, as a result of the hard work, the big efforts and the imagination. My work, efforts and imagination are collected on the following pages, where you will find some complete photography reports of some of the most interesting cars that I had the pleasure to shoot, with a page design also created by myself. I hope you enjoy it!

El matromonio entre un motor potente y brioso y una caja de cambios de relaciones cortas hacen al Twingo una gran herramienta en las carreteras más es-trechas y viradas, don-de disfrutaremos de la conducción gracias a la excepcional puesta a punto del bastidor y las suspensiones.

A powerful engine and a closed gear ratio make the Twingo a very useful car in si-nuous roads.The set up of the sus-pension and the chas-sis allows us to enjoy driving thru the cor-ners.

Numerosos detalles nos recuerdan que nos encon-tramos ante una edición del Twingo muy especial.

Everything on this DS3 is desig-ned to offer the best feeling during sport driving.


Fabricado artesanalmente sobre la base de un DS3 con el motor 1.6 THP, el departamento de Citroën Racing ha logrado crear un vehículo muy rápido y efectivo, capaz de sacar los colores a algunos de sus rivales más directos cuando comenzamos a enlazar curvas.

Hand made using as the basis the DS3 1.6 THP, the Citroën Racing department has made a very fast and effective car, which can be faster than some of its main rivals while driving thru narrow moun-tain roads.

Un comportamien-to sobresaliente del conjunto dinámico hace que podamos exprimir los 340 caballos de su motor hasta el límite. Una vez alcanzado, la des-treza del conductor al volante será crucial para poder mantener a todo el “establo” dentro del asfalto.

The wonderful feeling offered by the car allows us to crush the pedal to the metal and enjoy driving to the limit the 340 hp given by its 5 cylinder engine. Once you rea-ch the “insane driving borderline”, several driving skills will be needed to keep the car on the tarmac.

La estética del RS3 no deja indi-ferente, y revela claramente sus intenciones.

The appearance of the RS3 won´t let you feel indi-fferent, and it´s a clear proof of its intentions.


La calidad de los acabados y de-talles del RS3 no puede negar su origen alemán. The general quality and the details of the RS3 can´t hide its german origin.

Una vez más, Subaru ha logrado fabricar un vehículo increíble-mente rápido, gracias a su genero-so motor de 300 caballos y al sis-tema motriz “Symetrical All Wheel Drive”, que hace al conjunto noble y equilibrado. Desgraciadamente, tanta efecti-vidad le quita algo de chispa al volante, y transmite menos sensa-ciones de las que cabría esperar...

Once again, Subaru has made an incredibly fast car, thanks to the 300 hp engine and the “Symmetri-cal All Wheel Drive” system, that makes the car predictable and effective. Unfortunately, all that effective-ness steal some driving sensa-tions, and make the driver feel that it´s slower than it actually is.

Carrocería de cinco puertas, motor movido por gasóleo, y un acabado orientado a devorar kilómetros en largos viajes. Aunque las características descritas despisten, nos encontramos ante un Porsche, que reúne todo lo que cualquier fanático de la firma de Stuttgart nunca creería posible ver en uno de sus modelos. Y es una delicia.

Five door bodywork, a diesel engine, and a design made to travel mile after mile with maximum comfort. If you haven´t guessed that we are talking about a Porsche, don´t worry: no one does. The Panamera is everything that nobody could imagine in a car of the Stuttgart manufacturer. And it´s amazing.

Aunque sea un Porsche muy diferente al resto, la calidad de los detalles y la deportividad siguen teniendo un gran protagonismo tanto en el interior como en el exterior del Panamera. Although this Porsche is very different from the rest, the detail quality and the racing gadgets still have an important place in the interior and exterior of the new Panamera

Con el nuevo Evoque, Range Rover ha sabido reinventar el concepto de SUV, ofre-ciendo un producto radical-mente distinto a lo habitual.Con un agresivo diseño, la deportividad emana de cualquiera de sus rincones, que combina además con unos fantásticos motores (tanto diesel como gasolina) y un excelente sistema de transmisión, herencia de la larga tradición del fabrican-te de vehículos todoterreno.

With the new Evoque, Ran-ge Rover has made some-thing great: reinvent the SUV concept, offering an absolutely different product.Its agressive design over-flows tons of sportiveness, which is combined with fantastic engines (no matter petrol or diesel), and an excellent traction system, heritage of the long offroad cars tradition of the British manufacturer.

SEATTOLEDOMarathon

A principios de los 90, Seat Sport creó el Marathon, un prototipo basado en el Audi Coupé Quattro Raid con el aspecto del Toledo. Con su motor de cinco cilindros sobrealimentado, con 330 CV de potencia, el Toledo fue capaz de plantar cara a los poderosos Citroën ZX Gran Raid, y era un serio aspirante a vencer el Dakar. Desgraciadamente, Seat Sport decidió centrar sus esfuerzos en el WRC y finalizó el proyecto del Marathon tan sólo dos años des-pués de haberlo iniciado.

In the early 90´s, Seat Sport made the Marathon, a prototype car based on the Audi Coupé Quattro Raid with the appearance of the Toledo. With its 330 hp turbo-charged 5 cylinder engine, the Toledo was able to face the powerful Citroën ZX Gran Raid, and was a clear con-tender for the Dakar. Unfortunately, Seat Sport decided to enter in the WRC and the Marathon proyect was finished only two years after its creation.
