RADDHIKA SINGH- MANAGING PARTNER
Ms. Raddhika Singh is a Lawyer with over 10 years of experience and specializes in advising
clients on various issues pertaining to Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law.
She graduated with B.A. (Hons) History from Hindu College, University of Delhi and,
thereafter, completed her B.A. LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University
of Delhi. She then pursued her LLM from Kings College London, University of London with
specialization in Intellectual Property. Over the years, Raddhika has worked with India’s
leading Tier 1 law firms including Remfry & Sagar, K&S Partners and Luthra & Luthra Law
Offices.
She is the Managing Partner of an Intellectual Property Law Firm, Aletheiaa Legal, which
offers services relating to, inter alia, protection and enforcement of Intellectual Property i.e.
Trademarks, Copyright, Patent and Designs, Privacy and Data Protection, Confidential
Information, Cyber law and Technology; conducting due diligence and brand valuation;
