For  two  decades,  Alejandro  has  advised  and  represented  Fortune  500  companies   and   other   wellknown   companies   around   the   world   to  establish,   operate,   monitor   and   grow   their   investments   in   Mexico  and  La?n  America.      Alejandro   specializes   in   assis?ng   companies   with   their   ini?al  expansion   into   Mexico   and   La?n   America,   as   well   as   helping  established   companies   with   all   aspects   of   conduc?ng   interna?onal  business.      Alejandro  maintains   a   diverse   prac?ce   represen?ng   companies   in   a  broad   range   of   industries,   including   energy,   hospitality   (developers,  managers   and   financing),   private   equity,   real   estate   and   retail  (including   direct   sales),   and   has   represented   clients   in   various  transac?onal  maHers   including  mergers   and   acquisi?ons,   corporate  and  tax  structuring,  project  finance  and  project  management.  He  also  have   experience   in   an?-­‐corrup?on   assessment,   compliance,  consumer   law,   due   diligence   assessments,   expert   witness,   human  resource   and   labor   law,   li?ga?on   assessments   and   privacy   law.  Drawing   upon   his   over   20   years   of   experience,   he   consistently  provides  high-­‐quality  legal  services  to  his  clients.      He  was  partner  at  Gardere  Wynne  Sewell  LLP,  Dallas  and  Mexico  City  from  1996  to  2014.  He  went  to  Columbia  Law  School  1996,  LL.M.  with  a  concentra?on  in  Corporate  and  Tax  Structuring  and  aHained  his  law  degree  at  Ins?tuto  Tecnológico  Autónomo  de  Mexico   (ITAM)   -­‐   School  of   Law  1994,   Juris  Doctorate.  He  is  fluent  in  English  and  Spanish.      Bar  Associa?ons:  Texas  State  Bar,  New  York  State  Bar.  Alejandro  is  a  member   of   the  Canadian  Chamber   of   Commerce   and   the  American  Chamber  of  Commerce,  in  Mexico  City.
