What is the Hydrogen Kit?

The Hydrogen Kit is a device that generates Hydrogen and Oxygen by controlled electrolysis processon board a vehicle.The power intake from the battery of the vehicle is controlled by state of the artand specially designed electronic devicethat ensures optimum power draw from the battery andproduce even amount of Hydrogen needed for use in the engine.It also prevents from the possibilityof the battery being drained out due to its use in producing the Hydrogen.

Special Characteristics of the Technology:

NASA under their experiments has testified that inclusion of Hydrogen in the air intake system of thevehicle isconsiderably increasing the flame speed during the combustion process enabling enhancedcombustion and reducing theEmission levels of harmful gases in the exhaust.

How the Hydrogen Kit works:

Once the engine starts the electronic device start drawing regulated current from the battery andsupplies to theelectrolysis tank. As the current is passed through the electrolyte within the tank, itseparates the atoms of hydrogen andoxygen. The electrolyte is a unique formula developed by us togenerate adequate amount of hydrogen for a long timewithout it being diluted at a short period.The atoms of Hydrogen separated during the process, are collected with help ofunique design of thetank and the Oxygen atoms are allowed to flow free in to the air.As the Hydrogen reaches to the airintake system, it enters the combustion chamber along with the air inhaled by theengine. Thepresence of hydrogen results in increase of flame speed during the power stroke and results inoptimumburning of fuel injected in the engine.* The enhanced burning of the fuel produces morepower during the stroke and theECU of the car in accordance of the changed results automaticallystarts to control the fuel as the power is increased. Alsothe presence of hydrogen extends the leanerin flammability of the fuel and that too helps the ECU for more efficient use of fuel.* Tested and proven by NASA.

How safe the Hydrogen Kit is:

Hydrogen itself by its nature is highly inflammable. Hence, it is questioned how safe the HydrogenKit is as it generateshydrogen on board a vehicle:Well, hydrogen is inflammable however, it is defined by the science that, its Lower FlammabilityLimit (LFL) is 4% andUpper Flammability Limit (UFL) is 75%. Means, presence of hydrogen below 4% of certain volume ofair is not ignitable.Hydrogen in this situation dilutes at the very moment it is released in the air and does not ignite.TheHydrogen Kit is designed to produce the amount of hydrogen that is less than 1% of the volume of

the air intakesystem of a vehicle. That ensures that in no situation the hydrogen released in the airintake system shall catch fire.Further, it is more risky to store hydrogen because storage increases the possibilities to cross the LFLof Hydrogen andresult in to an accidental fire. The Hydrogen Kit is ensured to generate only theadequate amount of hydrogen that isneeded at any moment and stops production immediately asthe engine is turned off. It DOES NOT STORE hydrogen at anymoment. Once the engine is turned off,the remaining hydrogen in the electrolysis tank is released in the air intake andbecomes neutral.Inaddition, to restrict the risk in worst most situations, Hydrogen Kit is equipped with a safety mufflerthat creates abuffer air volume in between the electrolysis tank and the supply pipe. In case of firethis muffler will prevent fire to enterthe electrolysis chamber as beforehand itself will be broken bythe pressure.

What alteration to the vehicle does the Hydrogen Kit requires:

The Hydrogen Kit does not require any kind of mechanical alteration in the vehicle. It can be fitted atany convenient placein the car except in the engine compartment. Only the ignition cable is strippedand looped with the electronic device ofthe Hydrogen Kit. The hydrogen pipe is inserted in to the airintake system by piercing a small hole in the rubber hose.

What happens when the Hydrogen Kit Stop working?

The Hydrogen Kit is as like an Add On device to the present set up of your vehicle. If it stops workingin between, it will notaffect adversely to the vehicle and the vehicle keeps on running on its originalparameters. Only a drawback inperformance like reduction in acceleration shall be experienced bythe driver.

How the Hydrogen Kit benefits:

As said, the Hydrogen Kit is a kind of “Add On” device to run with the engine to improve itsperformance. Implementationof the Hydrogen Kit improves the acceleration, torque, Lean air fuelmixture ignition capability, ensures higherpercentages of fuel combustion, smoother running of theengine etc. Since the fuel combustion is at higher percentages,the emission of harmful gases isreduced that maintains environmental balances. An extended lubrication change period isalsoexperienced due to lesser generation of carbon within the engine. Also it prevents to the expensesof decarburizing ofthe engine at regular intervals.

Maintenance of the Hydrogen Kit:

The Hydrogen Kit is designed and manufactured to use it robustly. It does not require and day to daymaintenance exceptto check the LED glowing on the electronic device and the wiring connections inintact conditions, at intervals of time toensure the kit is working. The Hydrogen Kit is required to bereplaced the electrolyte at a designated kilometres of runningthat depends on the model of the kit.The procedure is to be carried out at the fitment centre consuming small time andalso a smallexpense.

Two & Three Wheel Automobile Applications

The electrolysis tank and the electronic device are fitted in the engine compartment of a three wheeler, and near theleg guard in case of a two wheeler vehicle. A power supply cableis drawn from the ignition switch that ensures thatthe device is activated only after the engine has started. A robust P.U.pipe is taken from the hydrogen output point tothe air intake system of the engine. It is inserted in to the hose pipe between the Air filter housing and thecarburettor.

Once fitted the Air Fuel Ratio has to be changed by adjusting the respective control screws in the carburettor. In caseof CNG fuelled three wheel automobile the CNG Flow control knob is to be adjusted to increase Air Fuel Ratio.

Four & Six Wheel Automobile ApplicationsAny four wheelers running with Petrol / Diesel / CNG / LPG can be fitted with hydrogen kit to gain the aforesaidbenefits.

A specific Tuning procedure has to be carried out specific to the vehicle with or without ECM and the Type of the fuelon which the subject automobile is working. Detailed installation manuals are provided with the product for easyinstallation and proper guidelines to tune the vehicle in accordance with hydrogen kit.

The electrolysis tank and the electronic device are fitted in the luggage compartment of any four wheeler and at anyconvenient place in case of six wheelers over the chassis near the battery compartment with help of suitableclamping. A power supply cableis drawn from the ignition switch that ensures that the device is activated only afterthe engine has started. A robust P.U.pipe is taken from the hydrogen output point to the air intake system of theengine. It is inserted in to the Air filter housing before the Air filter.

Generator Set Application

Generators are normally running on identical Diesel or Petrol or Natural gas engines. Application of hydrogenaddition is equally beneficial to gain the fuel efficiency in such engines.

The hydrogen kit can be installed nearby the generator set and the hydrogen output pipe is to be inserted in the AirFilter assembly before the air filter. The electronic device for the hydrogen can be powered through the start stop keyswitch to ensure the harmony of hydrogen production along with the engine’s running or off conditions.

Normally, majority generator sets are equipped with load sensing rpm controller to maintain even current output inaccordance with the demand. In this case it require no specific tuning as the increased torque resulting by hydrogenaddition is compensated automatically by the load controller to maintain the current output.

In case of alternative load control system, the Air fuel ratio has to be changed in accordance with the increasedtorque manually.
