LOCATION
Alchemy Park fronts Crabtree Manorway North within the established Belvedere Industrial Estate. It is a short drive via Anderson Way from Bronze Age Way (A2016) which to the east links to Junction 1A of the M25 and to the west the Blackwall Tunnel and Central London.
THE SITE
Alchemy Park is a brownfield site which extends to circa 13 acres (5.26 ha). The site has its own separate entrance off Crabtree Manorway North as shown here on the indicative layout plans. The shape of the site lends itself to bespoke buildings and individually tailored yard layouts.
PLANNING PERMISSION
Alchemy Park has been granted Outline planning consent by London Borough of Bexley for B1c (Light Industrial) B2 (General Industrial) and B8 (Warehouse and Distribution) Uses.
The Outline Planning Permission 11/01932/OUT M was granted 28 March 2012 for a period of 5 years pre-dating the Mayoral CIL (Crossrail Levy).
