• Email your nomination to Chris Brown, including: name of customer organisation,

intended recipient, category nominated and a brief description of why they should be

chosen. Earlier the better in case clarification is required.

• If the nominated project or activity uses multiple vendors, Alcatel-Lucent must have

25% share of the part where we can provide solutions. But apart from that, winner

selection is based purely on merit, not to “reward” customers for purchasing from

us.

• Selection committee will comprise 100% non-Alcatel-Lucent staff. Asia Pacific

Main Customers will be the juge. ( Sing Tel, China Telecom, Australia TBD.

• More than 50-100 customers normally participate to the award application.

• At least one person from the nominated company must be registered by 29th October

• Any submitted nomination is assumed to have full backing of the local Sales

organisation

• Nominations cannot be withdrawn after the nomination deadline

• Nominations must include the company’s name EXACTLY as it should be engraved
