These include pastors, parish life directors, catechetical & youth ministry leaders, principals, volunteer catechists & youth ministers and professional teachers in our Catholic schools, as well as parents and other interested members of the community. Albany’s Spring Enrichment Spring Enrichment is a multi-day, commuter conference, sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany that is designed to provide attendees with an opportunity to find out more about their faith. It also provides individuals serving in a variety of roles in the Church with the chance to deepen their skills and understanding of their ministries. Many of the workshops and presentations are also of interest to adults who are simply interested in learning more about their faith. Originating in 1973 as a training program for those involved in religious education, it has expanded over the years and now includes workshops for those involved in pastoral care and regularly offers sessions for liturgical ministers and parish leaders as well as opportunities for adults seeking spiritual renewal and general adult faith formation. In recent years over the course of its usual four days it has attracted 700-1,000 attendees who take part in anywhere from one to sixteen inspiring keynotes, featured presentations and enlightening and challenging workshops, dynamic prayer and worship, critical networking, exposure to new resources and certification opportunities. One popular feature of Spring Enrichment is its vendor exhibits including Catholic publishers, retreat centers, religious and fair trade goods, different church ministries, services and programs, Catholic media and other goods, services and resources. Attendees have taken advantage of the opportunity to check out materials first hand before deciding whether or not to purchase them for their parish or school and appreciate the interaction with knowledgeable representatives from both large and small vendors. Spring Enrichment 2018 The theme for this year’s Spring Enrichment is “Companions along the journey”. We are grateful that you are possibly considering joining us as an exhibitor at this, our 45 th , annual Spring Enrichment. Over the course of the three days attendees will be able to take part in 126 two hour workshops and 25 hour long mini-courses.
