Giving Honor To Our Pastors

The Bible teaches us to give honor to whom honor is due. I do not know of any position in the

Church that deserves more honor than a God-called, God-anointed pastor. A pastor is a shepherd, a

minister in spiritual and jurisdictional charge of a church congregation or community. Jeremiah 3:15

states, “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and

understanding.” Again in Ephesians 4:11-12, “And He gave some apostles; and some prophets; and

some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers for the perfecting (maturing) of the saints, for the

work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”

Today we have many preachers (ministers) with various callings and giftings that are well-

trained and equipped in their ministry, but not every minister has a pastor’s heart. All are needed and

have a unique role to play in the body of Christ, but true pastors according to God’s own heart are few.

My personal prayer is, “Please, God, give us more!”

Our pastors hold the most important positions in this church and without them the church

would not exist. Please take special time, not just once a year, but every opportunity you have to

encourage and support them in every way possible. People that continually give of themselves also need

to receive.

May God bless every pastor across this world with renewed courage

and zeal to “feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight

thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready

mind; neither as being lords over God’s heritage but being examples to the

flock. And when the chief shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of

glory that fadeth not away” (1 Peter 5:2–4).

Greetings Men of God!

Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." In the face of open rebellion and apostasy in America, God still has a plan. God always has a plan, and that plan has always involved a man.

Throughout the Old and New Testaments, God raised up time and time again, a righteous man to be His deliverer of a nation. Just when it looked the darkest, God raised up His mighty men (IronMen), to deliver His message and to deliver His people from the grip of the enemy.

This October, men from across the state of Alabama will converge at Camp Boothe for IronMen Men's Conference 2015 asking God to raise up mighty men who will take up the challenge to be the "deliverer" to his family, community, and nation (see book of Judges).

Men, will you accept this challenge to join us on October 23-24 at Camp Boothe in Greenpond, AL as your clarion call to march? It's time to suit-up! It's time to lay down our remote controls and busy schedules and say to our generation, "Enough's, enough! My family needs a man of God! My church needs men of God! Our nation is in desperate need for real IronMen to rise up and be men of God!!"

I believe this is going to be our greatest Men's Conference ever! And it will, if you will join us and pledge to bring at least one other man with you to this life-changing encounter with God at IronMen Men's Conference 2015!!

Last year's Men's Conference was our largest in a few years, and I believe this year (following an amazing Youth Camp season) will be off the chain! Camp Boothe is already charged up with God's anointing! You will not want to miss this year's conference!

I'm also excited to tell you that Bishop David Bryan, Executive Director of Leadership Development and Discipleship for the Church of God of Prophecy, will be our special guest on Friday evening. He will also lead a powerful class on Discipling Men on Saturday morning. Also, Pastor Nic Jackson and his worship team will be leading us into the presence of God in worship for each encounter session.

We just need you to send in your application by October 20th (and bring with you another man who needs to be here)! The cost is STILL just $45 and the age is 16 and up. Stay tuned for more important details to come. I can't wait to hear from you and see you there!

Rise up IronMen of God,

Pastor Neal

South Dakota Mission TripDon Stanton

Once again our team traveled to the Sisseton Wahpeton SiouxReservation in South Dakota. We arrived Saturday afternoon onJune 20 and we were met by about 40 people from the reservationth

who were anticipating our arrival. They had prepared food for usand we enjoyed a time of fellowship. The first question they askedis, “When are we going to have church services?” They hadalready prepared the church, cleaning and mowing the grass. Theywere hungry and ready for the Word of God. We never know whatGod has planned for these services, so we just go expecting Godto move and take control. The first night, the attendance wasaround 55 and that was about the same the following nights.

This yearwas a littled ifferent, inthat the teamw as m a in lycomprised ofm y f a m i l ymembers, mywife Johnnieand daughter,J a m i, a lo n gwith 4 of my

grandchildren, Dakota and Riley, Savannah and Tristan. BrotherMike Snider (Brother Tony Burns’ nephew) who is a permanentmember of the team and a part of our family, traveled with us. Brother Mike is very loved and respected by the Indian people andthey look forward to him being there. We were met by my cousinAlice West and her son John from Oregon and my cousin CecilStanton and wife Deb who Pastor the GOGOP in Bismark, NorthDakota.

God promised us over 25 years ago in a message in tongues, Hesaid, “My Spirit will go before you and I will go with you” and Hehas moved in wonderful and miraculous ways each time we go. Our team was small and we didn’t know how we were going tominister and do visitation like we usually do, but God had a plan.

This time the plan was simple, the Spirit began to move in eachof our worship services, which was led by Sister Alice. The peoplewere touched as tears began to flow and that Spirit carried rightinto the messages that God gave me to preach. We found that wedidn’t need to do visitation, word spread and people startedattending service. (God had gone before us).

There are several highlights, but I will mention a few. Therewas a young manabout 20 years old,who called me outof the blue andwanted to know ifwe were coming thisSummer. I hadn’tseen him since hewas a little boyaround 10 years old. H e h a d go t te nsaved, but laterturned to a life ofalcohol and drugs. He and his girlfriend were homeless at the time we were there, butthey found shelter with some friends and we were able to feedthem. Brother Mike spent time with him and would take him backand forth to church. I know he was searching and longing for arenewed relationship with the Lord. He ate supper with us andafter one of our church services, we did not see him again. Wewere concerned and have been praying for him. He called me afew weeks ago and told me that he had gotten a job in constructionand he and his girlfriend were doing fine and they were going toget married in November and asked if we could please find a wayto come. He is trying to turn his life around, so please keep him(Randy) in your prayers.

Another young man who had gotten saved in one of our serviceswhen he was 15 years old came by the campground to see us. Heis now an officer with the Tribal Police. He attended some of ourservices and came by every evening before his shift and then in themorning to eat breakfast with us. We were moved by his testimonyand what God was doing in his life. I shared that God could usehim in many different ways to lead our people to Christ. He hashis struggles with the job he has to perform and he said he has ahard time dealing with the suicides and murders he has seen on thereservation.

My wife Johnnie, fell inlove with a young man, oneof my cousins’ son. He hasnever been around us muchduring the time we werethere. However, this timehe and Johnnie hit it off andhe came by every evening tohelp her prepare the food. She was able to show himthe love of Jesus Christ andhe never missed a service. In our last service he wasmoved to tears and Godtruly touched his life.

We have always had a good response from my grandmother’sside of the family (the Redthunders) but we never seemed to beable to reach my grandfather’s side (The Spiders). One day I wasable to speak with one of my cousins who had never came to anyof our services in the 28 years we have been going to thereservation. I asked if he would come and address thecongregation as he was formerly one of the Tribal Leaders for thedistrict. He told me that he would. His teenage son had beenkilled in a car accident and he was still suffering with the grief andpain. As he started speaking, he told of the loss of his son and thebitterness and unforgiveness that he had felt and as he spoke youcould see and feel the Holy Ghost moving and I told Johnnie, “Godis healing him as he speaks and he doesn’t realize it.” When heleft, you could see a changed man. He came back the next nightand gave the most beautiful testimony to the young people aboutbeing free from alcohol and drugs. He spoke about the wonderfulheritage that we have in our forefathers and how they should honorthat heritage. He said; “You’re coming back soon aren’t you?’ Iam looking forward to what God is going to do in his life.

Back in the fifties, there was an active Church of God ofProphecy church on this reservation. I was told that one of ourNative American members (Brother Dan Williams) used to marchat the General Assembly. I was presented with a flag representingour Tribal District forcoming every year and I toldthem that I look forward tothe time when the NativeAmericans are representedin the All Nations March atthe General Assembly. Icould go on and on withwhat God is doing amongthe Native Americans, notonly on this reservation, butall across America. Jesus iscoming soon and His Spiritis moving among the nationsof this world. But let us notf o r g e t t h e N a t i v eAmericans. Statistics showthat only 3 to 5 percent ofNative Americans knowJesus Christ. What amission we have right herein North America.

Winter Conference 2016 NEVER GOING BACK

October 2015

Greetings Beloved,

The theme for Winter Conference 2016 is “Never Going Back”. We need another revolt to occur in this land causing an entire nation to turn around, forsake sin and the flesh, and decide, once and for all, Jesus will be Lord of our generation. We must equip and empower the current generation in America to rise, stand, and contend for awakening and revival. Let the grassroots movement begin! Awakening is on the horizon! The sons are rising! Daniels (sons) and Esters (daughters) will be revealed at Winter Conference and released into modern-day Babylon to shake America once again! We will behold the Next Great Awakening and become the Next American Revolution!

Winter Conference will be held at Camp Boothe. The address is: 3111 Greyhill Rd., West Blocton, AL 35074. The conference will begin on Wednesday, December 30th, 2015 and go through Saturday, January 2nd, 2016. Registration will be from 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30th with lunch being served at 12 (noon). The cost of this conference is $70 per person, which covers room and board, ten meals, snacks and conference fees. Tips For Abundant Life

Carolyn Guyton

Prayer. There seems to be a focus on prayer

in the Christian community today. I believe

that one reason for that is the great need. It

is evident that we are in the last days. The

signs are clear. The movie, War Room, has

also brought about a renewed interest in

praying. This is an incredible movie which

demonstrates the power of prayer. I would

like to share three ways in which we should

come before God:

Respect. We should approach God with

respect, recognizing His Sovereignty. We

enter the presence of the one and only true

and living God when we sincerely pray.

This is such a privilege and an honor and is

to be treated as such. When we humbly

enter in with a sincere heart, open to both

share our heart and listen for God’s

heartbeat, He hears us and answers.

Confidence. I John 5:14 states, “And this is

the confidence that we have in him, that, if

we ask any thing according to his will, he

heareth us.” “Let us therefore come boldly

unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain

mercy, and find grace to help in time of

need.” Hebrews 4:16. We are God’s

children and He welcomes us into His

presence. He loves us and is pleased when

we spend time with Him.

Intensity. We must pray the effective,

fervent prayer referenced in James 5:16.

That kind of prayer works. In times like

these there has to be passionate, intense and

powerful prayer in order for us to be the

light to the world. I heard Kevin Hamm

recently say, “It’s not the length of your

prayer, it’s the strength of your prayer.”

What we used to do will no longer be

sufficient.

Seek every day for the abundant life that

only comes from God.

Belarus

August was a very wonderful and

blessed month! The weather in Belarus was

extremely hot! The right time for camps

and any other outdoor activities!

At the beginning of August there was an

extreme camp for teenagers. This camp

was organized by youth from our new

church in Minsk (pastor Dima Kavalevski).

The camp was organized especially for

teens from single-parent families, foster

families and financially challenged families.

The idea is to make all absolutely free for

them, bless them and serve them. The camp

was held for 3 days. Every day teens were

kayaking on the River Viliya. In every

kayak with children there was a

professional instructor who made sure the

kids were safe. They all slept in tents,

cooked on a bonfire, as in real campsites.

At the last day there was a surprise for

children. They all flew on the delta plane

and then they played paintball together!

Teens were extremely happy! The camp

was a real blessing for this children!

In Mogilev, this camp had no age limit.

So there were adults, youth and children.

There was an interesting program for

children and every evening youth organized

movie nights. This camp has strengthened

the church and make everyone feel that they

are a part of a big family!

At the end of August, there was a youth

conference “Next Level” in the village of

Dubitsa, with the participation of the Minsk

church and local church. There are 90% of

the population believers and attend this

church. There are a lot of youth in the

church so we focused on the inspiration of

the young people in the new school year to

go ahead with Christ. Our church did

worship, shared inspiring testimonies and

shared the Word. We have made new

friends to be inspired for this school year!
