Exhibitors must keep their items within the booth. Prices below: Early bird price if received online by or postmarked by December 13, 2019, $475 after December 13 until convention time. Please call before paying to make sure there’s available space after Dec. 13. Booths are assigned approx. a week after December 13. Higher level sponsorships get preferred booth choice over lower levels up until the deadline. We’ll email all the high school and college baseball coaches in Alabama a one-page flyer of yours one time, and put your one-page flyer in our welcome notepad. You send us the flyer. We’ll email a one-page flyer out to all the high school and college baseball coaches in Alabama during the year twice. Banner hung, that you supply (4’ x 8‘ max), in the speakers

room at the convention (side wall). Put your one page flyer in the coaches notepads at the convention. Company logo on the ALABCA Home page. * Company must email us the flyers by September 1, 2020.

Our clinic speaker sessions ends Saturday, January 18, at 12:35 p.m.. Our rate at the Marriott is $109 (+ tax) and is guaranteed through 5:00 p.m. January 6, 2020, as long as rooms are available. At 8:30 p.m. College Coaches - High School Coaches Social begins. You may pay for your booth on-line with a credit card and reserve a hotel room at the Marriott there as well. The Special Honorees below and many others will be honored Friday Night, January 17, 2020 at 7 p.m. at the Annual Awards Banquet. University of Michigan Head Baseball Coach Erik Bakich will be the banquet guest speaker. Tickets are $40 if you’re attending the Convention and $50 for guest attending the Awards Banquet Only (See Registration Form). Dress is Business Attire (Suit or Sport Coat and Tie). You’ll pick up any banquet tickets you purchase at Convention check-in when you attend the convention, or on the night of the awards banquet, January 17 from 5:45 p.m. on, if you’re only attending the banquet, at the convention check-in table as well.
