The rice we use is the very best basmati, infused with saffron threads, cooked down with onion, star anise, cloves and bay leaves.

Our biryanis are cooked with perfection, historically, the biryani was only served for royal banquets. Each biryani is individually prepared using whole spices, Bilash biryani spice, roasted onions and saffron, biryanis are served with raitha.

All the breads are cooked in the traditional charcoal flamed Tandoor.
