2- Company Policy and Scope of Work:This Quality Control Plan is established to assure that all phases of constructionAnd inspection and testing activities are performed in accordance with theRequirements of the Construction procedures, applicable codes, specifications andDrawings and that the Contractor’s work, in general, is performed to a high standardOf workmanship.

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for plan implementation and shall Reportdirectly to the Project Manager.

The Quality Control Manager has authority to identify problems, initiate Correctiveaction, Recommend solutions and stop work when necessary, ores directed byConstruction Manager.

3- Inspection and Testing Plan:The Quality Control Manager shall establish and prepare the necessary inspection andTest plan based on the requirements of the Quality Control Plan, Contractspecifications, applicable Codes, standards, and Drawings.

The inspection and Test plan shall include a detailed description of each item or portionof construction work to be inspected or tested, acceptance criteria, and use ofinspection checklists for recording inspection and test data, the sequence nature ofmethod of testing and responsibilities of the Quality Control M Inspectors and/ortesting agency.

The Inspection and Test plan shall include the nature of samples to be taken, frequencyof testing (to be shown on a schedule or checklist not a general procedure), andsampling criteria.
