INTRODUCTION

Established in 1397H (1977G), Al Foadia Group General Trad'g, Contr'g & Industry is a

100% Saudi owned company.

Being in the various services for last 37 years, we better recognize the need for a way

of doing business that utilizes organization and communication skills to better our services experience.

We are one of the few Companies in the Kingdom that provides comprehensive

services including building maintenance, janitorial, live plant maintenance, pest control, messenger, office support, building remodeling and renovation, and allied services.

With the business being run by family members, whom hold key positions in our Head

Office and Branch locations, we are dedicated towards client interests and requirements and trust that it is this, which makes all the difference.

We implement and pursue a Total Quality Management Program (TQMP) in all

activities with the help of a Total Quality Management Team, having well qualified and well experienced personnel, dedicated to the program. Moreover we are one of the first

company to adopt ISO9001-2008 standards in our daily activities which is certified by

UKAS.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

A) Construction Services: Recognizing that there was a need to diversify, the company ventured into construction sector. Each project is managed by our team of highly experienced personnel, incorporating the services of various professionals in the architectural, engineering, quantity surveying and other related fields, with whom we have established an excellent working relationship.

B) Maintenance Services: We are experienced in complete operation and maintenance of all types of buildings with fully qualified staff related to Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Mechanical, Carpentry, Electrical, Civil and other technical fields.

C) Renovation, Upgrading and Refurbishment Services: We build a diverse range of project types, including new construction and renovation of commercial offices, industrial, institutional, residential facilities, etc.

D) Janitorial Services:

* Tea/Coffee Services: Confidence, contacts, experience and attention to every detail, is our motto.

Our Staff are selected on merit of their tea/coffee preparation and serving skills, presentation and reliability - People who know what they're doing and who are able to conduct themselves professionally.

* Cleaning Services: Equipped with specialized machinery and tools, its own fleet of vehicles, and a workforce, our cleaning section continues to provide service beyond the expectations of its many highly satisfied clients to both, the industrial and commercial sectors.

Every member of the cleaning section undergoes an ongoing Total Quality Training Programme, to maximize quality and improve efficiency. All personnel are fully trained in the latest techniques for each assignment, with particular care given to the most appropriate equipment and cleaning agent for the job.

An integral aspect of our cleaning services operation is ensuring the safety of the client.

Prevention of accidents, preserving health and protecting the environment is given importance while planning and monitoring operations.

* Landscaping and Gardening Services:

Under gardening and landscaping services, we develop and maintain gardens by experienced gardeners under the control of a Horticulturist who has sound knowledge in the field of horticulture.

Watering, weeding, mowing regularly, top dressing, pruning of plants

Periodical spraying of pesticides, fungicides and fertilizers

Planting of seasonal flowers, shrubs, plants, etc.

Nursery maintenance - potting, repotting, propagation activities, compost preparation.

General maintenance work - vase and pot arrangements, shifting of manure.

* Pest Control Services: Offering a complete range of pest control services from general pest control for common pests like cockroaches, flies, fleas, bed-bugs and mosquitoes to building protection against termites, we specialize in fumigation services. Latest methods employed by us are a great success in order to control pests. We are especially concerned to see that proper procedures are performed, so that underlying situations are cured and future infestations prevented.

E) Allied Services: In addition to services mentioned above, Al Foadia Group offers a wide range of additonal services which may go hand in hand. These services include transporation for shifting works, messenger, secreterial, clerical, telephone operators, drivers, CCMS operators, BMS operators, etc.

All draperies, slipcovers, upholstery and custom window treatments are made in our own on-site workrooms by skilled craftspeople. We even build custom-made furniture from start to finish, which means if you have an odd sized room you can commission a sofa or chair for that perfect fit.
