Circle shingling Circle shingling with a diameter up to 230 mm and up to 9 layers on top of each other. 99 programmable slicing programs Store all necessary slicing data such as name of article, speed of the carriage, slice thickness and all parameters for stacking, shingling, or circle shingling. Security and hygiene AKS Slicer 0408 corresponds with legal safety and hygiene requirements. Machine body and all the metal parts in con-tact with food are made of stainless steel.
