A:One vitamin that is better absorbed &
utilized in the natural form is Vitamin E.
Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) preceded
by "l" or "dl" is synthetic. Only the "d"
is natural. The natural form of vitamin
E (d-alpha tocopherol) is the one touse. Science has proven
better usage
of d-alpha tocopherol. The only reason
to use the synthetic form is that it is
cheaper to produce. The reason for
your intolerance to cold is most likely
related to your veins. Individuals with
circulation issues are usually the cold
one in the room & do not tolerate coldvery well. Best of
