The SICL40 System
Our product line in the range of theindividually insulated conductorlines consists of the types SICL10,SICL20, SICL25 and SICL40.
The SICL40-system is a conductorline system for indoors and outdoorsapplications protected against acci-dental contact and plastic-insulated,designed acc. to VDE 0100.
The system has the option of horizontal or vertical arrangement of all bars and curves in all directions.The suspension distance is max. 2500 mm in connection with a straight bar and max. 1000 mm with curves. The number of poles can be incre-ased to any pole quantity.

We offer our SICL40 conductor bars, like all SICL types, in standard delivery lengths of 6000 mm. Shorter lengths are available on customer request. The system is ready-made for our connection technology.
The current collectors are available as individual components or pre-assembled on a traverse as multi-pole version.
Numerous and well-designed components make the strengths of our SICL40 system in various applications.
According to the intended use of the profiles we manufacture suspensions as special com-ponents and offer devices like sliding contact controls and conductor bar cleaning systems.

Overview of AKAPP SCL Conductor line series and plant systems
We manufacture conductor lines for every purpose, with closed or open structure, i.e. with or without protective insulation against manual contact.
The design, material and number of poles can be varied depending on area of use and purpose and tailored to our customers´ requirements.
COMPACT CONDUCTOR LINES
Compact conductor line systems aredistinguished by their installation-friendlydesign and connection technology.As a result, these systems can beeasily expanded or modified.They correspond to protection class IP23.
INDIVIDUALLY INSULATED CONDUCTOR LINES
Individually insulated conductor lines aresuitable for use in buildings, workshopsand outdoor facilities. The comprehensiveindividual insulation of the current carryingelements ensures full safe protection againstaccidental contact in areas that are withineasy reach (protection class IP23).
OPEN CONDUCTOR LINES
Open conductor lines are created for heavyindustry and port operations. Robustly builtand designed for high voltage, they workeffectively in extreme environments as wellas outdoors.
CONDUCTOR LINE CHANNELS / BOX-TYPE CONDUCTOR LINES
Conductor line channels and box-type conductorlines are used in crane and port operations.Special covers and lifting devices allow for aneasy drive over and optimal protection againstaccidental contact along the conductor lines.
