“I see... my life flows with acceptance and becomes more enjoyable with each new day” Introduction to Ajna Chakra: Third Eye chakra’s original Sanskrit name is Ajna. The meaning of Ajna is 'perception', but also 'become aware of' and 'control'. The Third Eye chakra is depicted as a two leafed lotus flower. The two leaves are placed next to the heart of the flower, like wings. In the heart of the flower an inverted triangle can be found and a crescent moon placed over it. This chakra is situated in the middle of the forehead, right over the bridge of the nose, between the physical eyes. The sixth chakra is connected to the pituitary gland in the endocrine system. The Ajna chakra is associated with one’s psychic ability, clairvoyance, the power of thought, imagination, seeing on all levels and intuition. The function of this chakra is aptly described by its Sanskrit name Ajna, meaning command. It is from this level, when we reach it that we can control or command the whole personality or lower self. This is the seat of mind and at this level we experience mentation; that is to say a flow of mental images and abstract ideas continually coming and going in the mind. The Power of Thought: Thought is so potent that it materializes itself through the ether. So that what we think, we become. Everything which exists at the material level and which is perceptible to the senses has previously been formed as a mental image in the mind of its creator. Just as the ether is the subtle pervasive substratum of the four lower elements, so thought is the even subtler and more potent principle above the ether. To create anything it is only necessary to think it into existence. However this statement covers an enormous field of practical application and endeavor. It is very hard to bring thought under such control that it forms only those images which we want it to and no others. Overact ive Bro w Chakra:

The overactive brow chakra will lead to overactive imagination, which is ungrounded in reality. It can also lead to the blockage o f the memory o f events, rigid, fixed mind attitude ,not being able to fully experience and integrate events, which will later haunt them in dreams, nightmares or obsessive fantasies. They are o ften easily distracted, and ruled byanxieties.

Before we can work effectively on the brow chakra it is important that balance has been restored in the lower chakras first. They need to form a so lid foundation for the browchakra to build on. This will serve the integration o f the self, without getting lost on the astral realm. Developing latent capacities to use intuition and to open to dream work, visual arts and meditation deepen the healing process around the brow chakra. chakra balancing as well as chakra restructuring also sound healings and co lour healings aswell as past life regressions are very effective for the support o f a well functioning 3rd eye. Creative artwork, meditation and working with dreams and guided visualisations canalso restore balance to the brow chakra.

So,asking someone with psychic ability What do you see for me? is like go ing into a video store and asking the clerk Which moviewill I watch tonight? There are so many possible answers, all depending on which pathways you choose to take, which aredetermined by the thoughts you choose to make. Yes, make. Most people have never been taught that they have creative contro lover their thoughts, and over the movies that play out in their minds contro l which completely and to tally determines the way thattheir life is unfo lding.

    ACCEPT ANCE

People have the tendency to accept only those things which are in alignment with their beliefs and judgments. We often be rigid and do not accept things by being overjudgmental about them. We should understand that when we dont accept things we are blocking ourselves from accepting the reality.

When we lack acceptance we start building up a narrow frame work o f mind. We start feeling confused and doubtful about situations around us. We also tend to becomejudgmental, hence our thinking and behavior becomes biased. Our judgments stem from our desire to make things happen according to what we want and that we are alwaysdisappointed and angry when things don't go the way we want them to . We then spread this anger and judgment on ourselves, our friends and family and the world around us.

Now, how can we get rid o f this rigidity and ego within us and live with an unbiased attitude? First we all should understand that we need to overcome our feelings o f anger andjudgmental attitude which are not allowing us to accept things the way they are. Once we stop being judgmental the anger and rigidity within us will disappear by themselves. Wehave to leave our baggage o f past behind and have the courage to move on. Once we start to move on we will start accepting things the way they are. Acceptance o f things itselfwill reduce the rigidity in our thinking patterns. It will also reduce our biased and judgmental attitude towards life and people.

    Accept it - T here is no easy way t o t he T o p

When you choose to drive, you have to accept traffic jams. When you choose to be health conscious, you have to forego being tongue conscious. With income will comeincome tax.

Anything you choose in life comes along with its own inherent positives and negatives. What fo lly it is to search for a rose bush without the thorns! When you choose one faceof the co in, you have also chosen the o ther side o f the co in. Don't ask for a trouble-free, blessed life. Not even the mahatmas could embrace a trouble-free blessed life. There isno such life. Bigger the ambition, greater will be the issues. When you want to walk, the issues are few. When you choose to run a marathon, obviously there are more issues todeal with. When you choose to merely exist, you face lesser issues. When you choose to live worthy to your potential, then you have to so lve larger issues. By lifting one end o fthe stick, you have already picked up the o ther end. Only if you are willing to be chiseled, you will become the ido l worthy o f being worshipped. There is no easy way to the topand those who made it to the top didn't make it easy. After all, there has to be a difference between a history reader and a history maker.

Once a woman had an appo intment with a silversmith to watch him at work, as she watched the silversmith, he held a piece o f silver over the fire and let it heat up. He explainedthat one had to ho ld the silver in the middle o f the fire where the flames were hottest fo r all the impurities to get burnt away. She asked the silversmith if it was true that he had tosit there in front o f the fire the whole time. The man affirmed that he not only had to sit there ho lding the silver, but also had to keep his eyes on the silver the whole time. If thesilver was left a moment too long in the flame, it would be destroyed. The woman then asked, "How do you know when the silver is fully refined?" He smiled and answered,"Oh, that's easy..when I see my image in it."

If you are feeling the heat o f life, remember that God has HIS eye on you and will keep watching you Until He sees HIS image in you. In every man sleeps a prophet. Godbecame man, so that man can again become God; Life isn't a furnace that's burning you but one that's transforming you into glittering silver.

Why is f o rgiveness hard?

Forgiveness is hard - Perhaps for the fo llowing reasons:

    1. We're o ften reluctant to let go o f our anger: One o f the main reasons people get angry is to achieve or regain contro l. If we still feel harmed in the noweven years after weactually werewe frequently continue to feel angry. And it's inherently difficult, if no t impossible, to fo rgive someone with whom we're still angry. This is true even if thepredominant reason we're angry isn't due to frustration at having lost contro l but in outrage at the injustice committed against. But in the same way soft tissue inflammation ishelpful only in the first few days after an injury occurs, o ften causing even more damage than the original injury if it's allowed to become chronic, angerno matter what itscauseif allowed to bo il without being harnessed to accomplish anything worthwhile, can cause us far more harm than good.

    2. We want to satisfy our sense o f justice: Even if we're not angry, if we believe our o ffender doesn't deserve our fo rgiveness, we may find ourselves withho lding it to avo idappearing to condone what they did to us.

    3. Forgiveness may feel like letting our o ffender o ff the hook without punishment: Even if we don't feel that fo rgiveness implies we condone the injustice committed against us,to release our anger and forgive our o ffender may feel like letting them get away without being punished, especially if no o ther punishment is fo rthcoming.

    4. We wish to harm as we've been harmed: An eye for an eye o ften feels viscerally satisfying (remember, anger must be discharged in a way that feels satisfying). If we lack thepower to deliver actual harm, harboring anger may feel like a second-best option. Ho lding a grudge does in a certain sense feel good.

    5. They haven't apo logized: The power o f an apo logy to open the path to fo rgiveness can't be overestimated. Nor can the ability o f withho lding an apo logyof the refusal toacknowledge a wrong was committedto block it.

6 . When someone commits an injustice: we o ften cease to see or believe they could be capable o f any good. We tend to abstract those who harm us, diminishing them fromfull-fledged human beings into merely "our o ffenders." This enables us to refuse to allow into our conception o f them any room for the possibility that they have positivecharacteristics or have the capability to do good (much in the same way they abstracted our full- fledged humanity into some label that enabled them to harm us in the first

  • place).

What do es it mean t o f o rgive?

To my way o f thinking, fo rgiveness invo lves recognizing that the person who harmed us is more than just the person who harmed us. He or she is in fact, whether we want toacknowledge it o r not, a full- fledged human being whose full dimension isn't defined by their foo lish decision to harm us in some way (as much as we may wish it were). At itscore I believe forgiveness is an acknowledgment that a person who 's harmed us still has the capacity fo r good. Forgiveness requires us to view our o ffender not as malevo lentbut as confusedso much so that they would actually believe that by harming us they could somehow become happier (though they would almost certainly be incapable o farticulating that as the reason). Secondly, fo rgiving requires us to let goof our anger; o f our desire to punish or teach a lesson; o f our need to harm our harmer; o f the notionthat by choosing to forgive an o ffense we're in some way condoning an unjust action committed against us or committing an injustice ourselves; o f the need for an apo logy;and o f the need for our harmer to change. For in fo rgiving another their transgression against us, we're ultimately seeking to free ourselves. It means we move on healed fromthe hurt that's been done to us.

Ho w do es f o rgiving o t hers benef it us?

    1. Forgiving o thers is the only way to break a cycle o f vio lence (whether physical o r o therwise).2. In order to fo rgive, we must manifest a life-condition o f compassion. Attaining this life-condition benefits no one more than it does us, as it is a life-condition o f joy.3. In order to fo rgive we must let go o f our anger. If we continue to ho ld onto anger, it o ften leaks out against o thers who 've committed no crime against us, as well as co lors allour experiences, o ften ruining our ability to feel joy in many aspects o f life.

    Finding t he co mpassio n t o f o rgive

In order to muster compassion for one who 's harmed us, we must first believe with our lives that all people originally desire to become happy. From there we must find a way torealize our o ffender has simply gone completely awry in their pursuit o f their own happiness and pity them as we would a misguided child. For no matter how sophisticated aperson may seem, how confident and wise and successful, how could an intent to harm arise from anything o ther than a delusion? The question will naturally arise: are somepeople's crimes so heinous that they don't merit fo rgiveness? Parents who 've abused us? Children who 've rebelled against us? Spouses who 've abandoned us? Friendswho 've betrayed us? Strangers who harmed us or our loved ones? Or even tyrants who 've killed our families? Is Hitler, fo r example, fo rgivable? Can one forgive a personwithout fo rgiving their actions? I would suggest only this: that if you find yourself ho lding onto a grudge against someone who 's grievously harmed you, fo r you to find a way toforgive themfor you to become the kind o f person who canwill no t only first and foremost benefit you, but ultimately may have the power to transform the life o f the personyou're forgiving. Not always o f course, but sometimes. And if it does, in fo rgiving them you're not only setting yourself free, you're actually contributing to something o f greaterimportance, something the world is literally crying out fo r in more places than you could probably name: peace.

He feels the reason is that "Life is cruel"...I do not get my due".. "My efforts are not rewarded", "I am not good enough".. This is wrong! Maybe it is communication skills or decision making powers or interpersonal skills or presentation skills.Universe will always give you your due when you are qualified. If there is a delay, you have to accept it as there is some lesson to be learnt or there is a larger picture ahead. InGod's kingdom delays are not denials. But this negative analysis gets engrained into the subconscious mind to such an extent that they become beliefs and actually startplaying in day to day life. Limiting beliefs serve as filters o f your reality. The same situation is viewed differently by different people. That's why the situation that you find funnymight be completely depressing to o thers. It's very hard for such people to understand that the life that they perceive is only so because o f their limiting beliefs.

How To Recognize Limiting BeliefsIf you are in habit o f o ften saying words like

"Life is ""I am a person""Earning money is ""I cannot do this because "

Then you should realize that it's a belief that you have. You cannot pass a Judgment on life.. It is so dynamic that it changes moment to moment. When you judge, you make afilter through which you see it in a limited manner. You should also understand that every opinion and the way you see the world is so because o f your beliefs. If you don't likesomething, it means you have some kind o f limiting belief about that thing. If you find something depressing, this is so because o f your beliefs. Some of the beliefs are hard todiscover because they were formed at a very young age. Some of your beliefs were taken from your parents however they keep filtering your experiences their own waybecause you fail to notice and eliminate them. So to uncover your negative beliefs you have to pay attention to your daily thoughts and if some thought is negative, ask yourselfwhy you think in such a negative way. This will uncover your belief. Try to also remember what your parents used to say to you in the areas that you are struggling with. If, fo rexample, you have difficulties with money, maybe your parents used to say phrases such as Money is hard to earn, Money doesn't grow on trees or I cannot afford this. Itmay take some time to uncover your beliefs, but it will be time well spent. The quality o f your life depends on it. Spend some time now uncovering and eliminating them and youwill improve your life experience to a great extent. You have an abso lute freedom to choose the way you want to live and you can choose your own beliefs and ways to behave. You should ho ld responsible only yourself fo r the person you have become. If you give this responsibility to o thers, you lose the power to change your life. And that's not awise cho ice to make. When you fully take responsibility fo r your own self and forgive parents and o ther people that you used to ho ld anger/resentment towards, your limitingbeliefs that were transferred to you will disso lve. All you will need to do then is keep reaffirming the opposite beliefs and create your life the way you want with awareness.
