D. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All Payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Payments cannot be replaced with Goods,

Voucher or any other means.

2. All Payments are not refundable.

3. All Cheque Payments should be crossed and pay to “Naztec Sdn Bhd” or Direct

transfer to CIMB Bank, Account No. 8603315859.

4. Naztec Sdn Bhd reserved the rights to put the service on hold if the payment terms

are not fulfilled.

5. Naztec offers these services on the strict understanding that it is not liable in any

way for any losses accruing to the client arising from delay on the authorities or

illegal operation of the customer.

6. Naztec is strictly a service provider and does not involve in any of the customer’s

business activity and operation. Naztec will not be liable and responsible for any

illegal activity conducted by the customer.
