AJB

Americas’ Junior Branch

The Americas’ Junior Branch (AJB) refers to the

community of the 13 National Junior Branches within the Americas. The

AJB community is coordinated by a group of four people

called AJB Team.

Every year, AJB meets at the Americas’ Junior

Branch Meeting (AJBM). During AJBM,

the AJBM team runs training activities and the

JBs of the region work together on projects to

better AJB.

The region is divided into four Neighborhoods, they are: JB North, JB CAM,

JB Andinos, and JB South. There are also Nuclei of

Development (NoDs), typically in the same areas,

that host training workshops

What is Project Time?Every year there are new projects

being created and worked on in the

Americas’ Junior Branch! Through

collaboration, creation, and innovation, the region has developed some great

projects that will help with all kinds of things like regional cooperation and

communication. Here are some of the

projects that are currently being worked on in the region!

JB CPRis an AJB

infopack for

struggling NA’s that will help them

organize a type of workshop to inspire

and jumpstart NA’s.

JB SULRis a 10 day long

program between the JBs of JB South

(Argentina, Brazil, and Chile). The

program will offer an opportunity for regional cooperation and explore a theme

that relates to the participating NA’s. Contact: [email protected],

AJB One Year Plan is a form that helps NA’s plan how they

will contribute to the yearly goals of AJB

specifically in regards to their own capabilities. The One Year Plan will also

be used to hold NA’s accountable for the goals that they set for themselves.

AJB Fundraising Motoris a project that will focus on creating a

fundraising tool for our region. It will

with AJB.Contact: [email protected]

R.E.C. & S.E.C.is an evaluating tool for NJRs and

JBers to help

themselves develop and

encourage JBers

to participate in more meetings

evaluate

themselves, and a reward system
