I was a refugee in �ailand in 1978 when AIT admitted me to the graduate program in Computer Applications with a full scholarship. �at was one of the most important events of my life. AIT provided me with the means to live comfortably on campus and a�orded me a world-class education with its excellent faculty and state-of-the-art computing facilities. To assure accountability and transparency, the alumni and friends of AIT will establish the “Friends of AIT Heritage (FAITH) Foundation” which shall be a separate legal entity, independent of AIT, with a separate board and executive committee members.

The AIT Endowment Fund Foundation is a means to support Student Scholarships which assist academically gifted students.

The AIT Endowment Fund Foundation is a vehicle to support World-Class Visiting Scholars each year to catalyze research and vitalize academics.

For five decades AIT has stood out as a promi-nent force for regional progress and harmonious relations, bringing many of the continent’s best and brightest young people together to a unique and enriching higher learning environment that forges leaders.

Since its inception in 1959, thousands of students have been privileged to obtain a world-class education at AIT funded through full scholarships. Through these means AIT routinely attracted outstanding students, producing highly trained and exceptionally performing graduates.
