ELLAC - English Language Learners Advisory Committee The purpose of ELLAC is to develop the understanding and knowledge of district administrators, educators, parents, community members and the Board of Trustees regarding the needs of ELLS programs: to provide advice, and influence the design and implementation of ELL programs and services. Held every 1st Tuesday of the month at Sanchez Elementary, 73 San Marcos, 78702 (at 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.).
