This fee is to offset the costs associated with theapplication process. (In some instances we reservethe right.)

All written correspondence mustbe sent via email to [email protected] with a follow-up phone call toconfirm receipt of the email. The business manager reserves the right todecline or grant the request for extension. (In serious situations a conference withbusiness manager and director will be neccessary.)
