AirWatch Content Locker is a service support tool designed to be used by all Beckman
Coulter associates, Third Party Partners (TPPs), and trained end-user biomedical engineers.
AirWatch provides a comprehensive list of documentation and software tools that can be
downloaded, installed, and used directly from the Content Locker.

instructions on installation and usage. Otherwise, for users of Diagnostic documentation,
continue with these instructions.

Windows OS tablet, a keyboard will need to be connected to complete the installation as
directed. The installation may prompt to restart the computer more than once during the
process.

http://airwatchcl.beckmancoulter.com/airwatch/AirWatch.Install.exe (7 Mb)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Windows is proven to work on Windows 7 and above. For
Windows 7, AirWatch requires Service Pack 1 (SP1) for proper operation. To
determine whether SP1 is installed, click Start > Computer > System Properties.

If you do not have SP1 installed, it is available from Microsoft here (English Version):

2. When a link is clicked, the following window appears (in IE 11).
It is recommended to Save the setup and run it from a familiar place on the
computer’s hard drive in case there is a need to re-run at some point:
3. Once the file has downloaded, open the folder, then right-click the setup file and
select “Run as administrator”.
4. After the setup start is confirmed, the installation files will be quickly extracted and
the AirWatch Install Assistant batch file will be launched to provide guidance
through the required setups.

Before going forward, a few important details that may be required later:
• The install files have been extracted to the folder: C:\AirWatch~Install~Files.
• If the installation process needs to be stopped and resumed at some point, go
to the C:\AirWatch~Install~Files folder and run the batch file
“AirWatch.Install.bat”.
• When the batch file launches a program, it will pause in its execution until that
program terminates. It may take several seconds for the batch file to become
active again. When the batch file becomes active, it will display the message
“Press any key to continue…”
Install Microsoft .NET
Install Microsoft .NET 4.5 for Windows 7/8 machines (Windows 10 comes with .NET

“AirWatch Content Locker 1.8.1.0.exe” and select: “Run as administrator.”
NOTE: Once the AirWatch ACL installation completes, the application is ready for
general usage. However, if Diagnostic service manuals are required for use,
