2. The promotions/transfers of the above officers are in public interest, hence, TA/DA and joining time is admissible as per rules wherever applicable.
3. They are required to assume the charge of the new post positively by 17/07/2018; failing which it will be presumed that they have refused the promotion and they will be debarred for promotion for a period of two years without any intimation.
4. They will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining.
5 . These promotions shall be subject to the final outcomes of the Writ Petition No . 1662/2008 in terms of the order dated 11.08.2008 at Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and OA No. 050/00455/2017 dated 11.01.2018 at Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna.
6 . The charge assumption report may be forwarded to Directorate of HR, RGB, New Delhi through concemed HoD and may also bee-mailed at [email protected].
