ALPCS
The Airport Land Project Certification System (ALPCS) is a web designed management tool and document
management system designed to aid small & medium airports in their Acquisition and Relocation land need
for FAA airport projects.
ALPCS
• ALPCS IS:– Standardized documentation facility for FAA project manager
acceptance of airport sponsor certification of Uniform Act compliance– Making the most of current technologies to facilitate and improve
assistance to property owners and displaced persons and FAA oversight on FAA assisted projects
• ALPCS IS NOT:– A substitute for program knowledge or training– A substitute for qualified and competent land acquisition and
relocation professionals– Any reduction in service or assistance to property owners or displaced
persons
