We will provide you with cardholder and departmental training, together with policy acceptance documents and a communication tool kit to enable you to communicate easily and effectively with all the respective stakeholders within your organisation.

3. Manage

We will empower you with the knowledge you need to manage the card programme through operations such as cancelling cards, increasing credit limits, managing late payments and disputed charges.

4. Review

Our AirPlus Business Travel Portal is available 24/7, giving you complete card portfolio control at your finger tips. This clever online administration tool enables you to adjust individual card limits, apply or remove cash access to individual cardholders, block and unblock cards.

Furthermore, your cardholders have far greater transparency. They can view all their transactions the day after booking, download monthly statements, see their last payment details and next payment due date. They can also access their current account balance and available credit on their individual accounts, as well as update their address details – all online.

Global expense data consolidation

All the transactions made with your new AirPlus Corporate Cards will be captured by the AirPlus Information Manager – our leading online reporting tool, which sets the bench mark in the payment industry.

All transactions from hotels and car rental companies are captured and cleaned by a data cleansing tool which standardises all company, city and country names, making analysis and reporting clearer and easier.

More than 40 standard reports are available, containing various assessments of travel services and business travel expenses, while custom-made “My Reports” offer tailored analysis, which companies can create individually for their reporting needs.
