　　To find Wireless Hotspot at restaurants, train stations, air-

ports, libraries, coffee shops, bookstores, and other public pla-

ces is now very popular and more and more common. Wireless

hotspot gateway can provide internet access to users anywhere

and can also make the suppliers enhance the service and con-

venience in management.

　　In this example, we want to show you the hotspot installa-

tion of kiosk and Wi-Fi Network in Careffour Shopping Center

of Istanbul and Ankara in Turkey with AirLive Hopspot Gate-

way.

WIAS-1000G

　　WIAS-1000G Wireless Hotspot Gateway and printer were

mounted into the self standing KIOSK in Carrefour shopping centers

in Turkey.

　　This Kiosk is in Carefour shopping center in Istanbul, Turkey

and it provides to the visitors of this shopping center connection to

the internet.

　　There is established wireless network all over the shopping cen-

ter that uses not only WIAS-1000G Wireless Hotspot Gateway but al-

so the wireless accespoints that are distributing the singal to all area

of the Carefour Shopping Center.

　　Therefore the visitors of the shopping center who need to con-

nect to the internet easily push the touch screen on the Kiosk, get

their login and password (instant function of WIAS-1000S) and can

go for example upstairs to the coffee shop or some restaurant and

connect their notebook to the internet and enjoy coffee or lunch dur-

ing it.

　　We have adapted AIRLIVE WIAS -1000G into Kiosk for free

usage and our first project is Carrefour. Each Carrefour shopping

center has 16000m2 area and we have established wifi network to

coverage each corner by using Access point upon demanding of cus-

tomer. We have developed a software to use over the AirLive WIAS-

1000G adapted kiosk and I will specify the used items in the each

carrefour in this Project at below.

WIAS-1000G

　　User who wants to access internet can start by pressing the

button on the kiosk touch screen. If the store provides free access

during allocated times, user will get a ticket for free Internet ac-

cess. If the store want to sell Internet service at certain charge.

The Kiosk can accept coins or other types of payment. The ac-

counting information will go through the Kiosk's software system

for processing. Once the transaction is completed, the user get a

ticket for Internet access. This complete and simple integration

with Kiosk provide simple and powerful way to manage Internet

service without involvement of sales personnel.

　　The AirLive WIAS-1000G is an all-in

one solution for Hotel, Cafe, Restaurant, or

WISP operators to sell or provide internet

connections. It features a powerful Intel

400Mhz RISC processor and large memory

capacity so OvisLink can integrate all the

conceivable features that provide simple yet

powerful Internet Access accounting solu-

tion. This means providing and selling In-

ternet services has finally become simple

and affordable for everyone.

　　The WIAS-1000G has a built-in local

authentication server that you can create in-

stant accounts for Internet access. You can

specify how long the usage time (in hours),

starting time, expired time, and service

price for each of the 10 different billing ac-

count type, so you can sell Internet service

by time. Moreover, you can also choose to

sell Internet by traffic (in MBs). Once you

setup the account type. Simple go to the In-

stant Account Creation page, then one of

the 10 buttons (account types). A new ac-

count is instantly generated with user name

and password information. Then you can

print this information on a conventional

printer, there is no need to pay extra for

ticket printer. To make it even simpler, the

Direct Login will take user directly to this

account creation page right after login. Op-

tional external printer is also available from

third parties.
