With its new investments, Airfel has reached the radiator plant production
capacity of 1 million meter tulle per year and it is among the world's leading
facilities in the field of panel radiator production thanks to its superior
machine technology and cataphoresis painting system. All of the production
is made on fully automatic welding lines and it is presented with Airfel quality
by passing 100% waterproofing and pressure resistance tests.

Condensation Technology
Real Cascade SystemReal cascade system is a system showing the devices individually or in a synchronized way within a cascade system. Thus, the operation and maintenance are facilitated through the backed-up operation of the devices. Nevertheless, the entire system may stop due to a malfunction that may occur in the external control panel and the control panel of the cascade system, which contradicts with the cascade system logic. Daylux wall type condensing boilers enable all devices to have the same information by establishing communication with the interim module.

The amount of heat obtained in case the water vapor emitted as a result of the combustion reaction is released from the flue constitutes the lower calorific value; nevertheless, the amount of heat obtained if it is converted into water phase constitutes the upper calorific value. E�ciency values up to 109% and high rates of fuel savings can be obtained by using this secret condensation heat through the special heat exchanger structure condensing the vapor in the condensation technology.
Additionally, emission values go down as the flue temperature decreases, while CO is decreases by 80% and NOx by 90%. Thus, the system is environment-friendly.

Electronic Control Unit Using the electronic control unit, it is possible to control all the boiler parameters, and to perform cascade control up to 16 cascades through the boiler. Moreover, the cascade system features the OCL 345 module enabling inter-device communication. This module is used in the systems cascaded as much as the number of devices. The inter-device connection can only be established electronically.
Aluminum Heat ExchangerThe heat exchangers of Airfel wall type condensing boilers are made through the installation of high quality aluminum-cast segments and auxiliary parts (condensation tray, elbows, etc.).
• They consist of Al-Si-Mg alloyed-cast parts. • It has a highly e�cient special design thanks to the heat transfer surface developed. • Its corrosion resistance and heat conductivity are quite high thanks to the special alloy. • There is scarcely any risk of combustion chamber obstruction as its special fins are designed to clean themselves.

Premix Burner and Modulated FanThe stoichiometric ration (air/fuel ration) needed for a full combustion can be obtained via Premix burner. The premix is achieved and highly e�cient combustion may occur thanks to the premix burner structure by absorbing the amount of air needed by the modulated fan structure as per the amount of gas required based on the calorific need for the combustion reaction. Therefore, 109% (50/30 C) e�ciency value can be achieved in this premix burner device.

Installation-Related Points to Take into Consideration• Oxygen-free piping must be provided in the system primary circuit.
• It is required to use a fixed-setting 6 bar safety valve in the stream line in the boiler sub-connection kit, a primary circuit circulation
pump in the return line, and a check valve in the return line to prevent going back in the cascade systems, and a spherical valve in the
stream line and return line.
• It is mandatory to use a plate heat exchanger to prevent the boiler from being a�ected by the air and corrosion that may occur in the
installation in the systems using pipes with no oxygen barriers.
• Maximum boiler operating pressure is 6 bars. If the system pressure exceeds this value, it is required to a plate heat exchanger
instead of a hydraulic separator.
• As there is no expansion tank inside the boiler, an external expansion tank must be used for each device complying with their
capacities (18 liters for 69-125 kW; 24 liters for 155-187 kW).
• A fixed-setting safety valve is required to be used, taking the system pressure into consideration, in order for the installation to
operate smoothly in the secondary circuit within the plate exchanger system.
• The valves to be placed before the expansion tanks must be locked valves.
• If the installation features a hot water boiler, it is required to use fixed-setting safety valve at suitable pressure, manometer and
pressure decreasing components on the cold water inlet line, considering the boiler operating pressure.
• It is required to use an automatic air relief cock to discharge the air that may occur in the upper part of the hydraulic separator, and
a discharge valve in the lower part for cleaning purposes.
• Air relief cock is beneficial to discharge the air that may occur in the primary circuit on the systems with plate heat exchanger.
• It is required to use an air separator on the stream line of the system to discharge the air that may occur in the installation and a
residue and dirt holder on the system return line to eliminate the residues and dirt that may occur in the installation.

22,000 sqm area since june 2005, with 1.000.000
mt annual capacity.
DAIKIN, Turkey holds a 10% market share.
55% of its production is exported abroad.
Airfel Panel Radiator production, Coil Slitting line,
slitting process, the formation of actual steel coils
and sheets PANEL and convectors PRESSES spot
welding line , formed by bringing together welding

Connection system is based on the classical side mounting. Hot water inlet and outlet are made from side of the radiator.

Compact radiators have all the benefits of the a normal radiator but with the added advantage that they come with factory fitted top grills and also end panels that provide a more appealing,pleasing and e�cient end product for the customers.
In addition to that, compact radiators are versatile and are quite easy to install. Have to Compact radiators with TRV (Thermostaticradiator valves). After installing TRVs, owners haveto get used to the self-regulating principle which means that they do not have to turn the thermostatup and down. When room temperatures vary, the valve automatically opens or closes to regulate the flow of hot water until the desired temperature is achieved. Only if the desired room temperature has to be changed or if windows are opened or closed for ventilation does the sensor setting need to be adjusted. We advice AIRFEL TRV for high e�ciency.

Zirconium
The dispersed particles have an electric surface charge, on which an external electric field exerts an electrostatic Coulomb force. According to the double layer theory, all surface charges in fluids are screened by a di�use layer of ions, which has the same absolute charge but opposite sign with respect to that of the surface charge. The electric field also exerts a force on the ions in the di�use layer which has direction opposite to that acting on the surface charge. This latter force is not actually applied to the particle, but to the ions in the di�use layer located at some distance from the particle surface, and part of it is transferred all the way to the particle surface through viscous stress. This part of the force is also called electrophoretic retardation force.
Cataphoresis
Degreasing: Surface cleaning before coating the metal surfaces of the heating and rinsing operations after bathing.
Activation: Zinc-phosphate coating preparation. Coating is done in order to ensure homogeneity.
Zirconium Coating: The coating method to provide long lasting corrosion resistance.Environment friendly
Cataphoresis: Mostly used in the automotive sector and to increase the corrosion resistance of metal surfaces on the basis of electro-chemical principles of water-based primer coating film-forming surface. Di�erence quality in the sector, Airfel created with high corrosion resistance. 12 years warranty.
The process is fairly simple whereby the dry powders are arranged on sheet glass in any desired pattern or design. The glass is then fired in a kiln only to the point of making the powder stick to the glass, leaving the powder in what appears to be a soft powdery form as opposed fully fusing the powders into the glass. AIRFEL uses RAL 9010/9016 colors. Powder coating process, the radiators, oven for curing operations.

This product is packed carefully to avoid any external influences. Please do not drag or strike this product during transportations. During unpacking, please avoid contact of any sharp objects with the painted surface.
Mounting accessories are in the package. Please do not those therms.
Conveyance
Powder coating process, the radiators, oven for curing operations.
Then the line of packaging and plastic parts after mounting on the upper-side cover with plastic, shrink packaging manufacturing procedures are completed.

Panel radiator types (6 di�erent) is shaped by the number used in the production of panels and convectors.
Your panel radiator is manufactured in accordance with TS EN 442 standards by means of automation technology. Max. Operating pressure is 10 bars. Max. Operating temperature is 120CThis product is packed carefully to avoid any external influences. Please do not drag or strike this product during transportation. During unpacking, please avoid contact of any sharp objects with the painted surface. Mounting accessories are in the package. Please do not lose them. Please have the installation performed by an authorized and competent specialist, Please respect the mounting dimensions mentioned in the manual. Please open the radiator valve after startup of the heating installation. Please check whether the radiator is heating or not. If not, please slightly open the air valve located on the, per right or left with a screwdriver, After the air Is property discharged, tighten the valve and check again if the radiator‘s heating make sure that all valves are open!And e�cient use of water for the radiator to warm up as a homogeneous input from the top should be preferred.To avoid corrosion problems, do not drain the water from the radiator. When the radiator is not in use, only close the Inlet and outlet valves. Never cover the radiator with any object or place anything on it. Do not step on the radiator Do not use or wet your radiator with water containing thermal, acidic or chemical additives. Do not clean it with detergents or chemical materials. Use pressure control gauge In order to test your panel radiator directly with tap water before connecting to the boiler circuit.
Radiator e�ciency, to get the proper radiator depends on the selection and installation conditions.
It is recommended to mount the radiators beneath the window for e�cient use.
The window is not suitable for bottoms, radiators placed in the front wall, the height of those types who is higher than normal.
