processing fees. 4. Equipment model and manufacturer is subject to change. 5. All pricing is FOB our warehouse and does not include tax. 6. Applicable taxes will be charged unless proof of current tax-exempt certificates and licenses

is provided. 7. Shipments and deliveries are subject to the approval of APCo credit department. Full or

partial payment in advance may be required. APCo reserves the right to hold shipment and deny pick-up of equipment for past due accounts.

8. All items are subject to prior sale. While APCo strives to maintain reasonable quantities of all stock items, there is no guarantee that all items in this catalog are in stock at all times. APCo is not responsible for delays or quick ship costs due to out of stock items.

9. Equipment will not be held without a valid purchase order. Material not claimed in fourteen (14) calendar days will be returned to stock.

10. Orders shipped from the warehouse will be sent via UPS or common carrier. Freight charges will be added to the order invoice. All shipments are FOB our warehouse. Customer is responsible to inspect shipments for damage and file claims with the carrier.

11. Equipment may be returned only with prior approval by APCo and is subject to a 25% restock charge.

12. Returned product must be in new condition and in undamaged original packaging. 13. Return freight charges must be pre-paid. Freight collect shipments will be refused. 14. Manufacturers standard warranty applies to all products. 15. APCo is not responsible for costs incurred replacing parts or equipment under warranty.

Fan Principles Fan Performance Calculation Adjustments:

To adjust manufacturer's fan performance data, divide static pressure against which the fan will operate by the correction factor above. To

determine required power, multiply the indicated brake horsepower by the correction factor to find the power needed.

Twin City Fans – Now Available with GridSmart EC Motors All direct drive stock fans include Twin City Fan's own line of custom engineered Electronically Commutated (EC) motors. Also known as Brush-Free or Brushless DC, the EC motors utilize an electronic circuit board to control the motor. The motor operates off of 115V AC single phase power, which is converted to DC power within the motor's circuitry.

• Motor Mount Dial - Potentiometer mounted to the motor housing offers full speed control range. Speed adjustment is made with a small flat head screwdriver for system balancing, eliminating the need to mount or wire a speed controller.

• 0-10V DC Lead—A 36" long control lead is prewired to the motor which accepts a 0-10V DC signal and can be wired into building control systems.

• Efficiencies up to 85%. • Up to 66% energy savings over traditional PSC motors. • 80% usable turndown range as compared with 40% maximum on PSC motors. • Soft start gives fans smooth, quiet start. • Lower operating temperatures result in longer life and reduces energy consumption. • Heavy-duty ball bearings are permanently lubricated.
