Safety FirstAs parents we understand the importance of making sure that everything we sell is safe and that is why we ensure that the Air Puppy Cuddle Crew are suitable for everyone. So our Cuddle Crew are completely age appropriate, whether you have just entered the world, need a buddy to start exploring with, or simply are a big kid at heart.

We make sure they all go through a rigorous work out to make sure they are fi t and ready to accompany their human friends through life’s journey. The quality of design and manufacture far exceeds the “new” stringent requirements of the European Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC which came into effect on 21st July 2011. Stock in existence prior to this is exempt from this legal ruling. As Air Puppy is a “new” company, all Air Puppy product meets and exceeds these new and very stringent regulations from the outset.

If you want or need to check out the Air Puppy product testing certifi cates then we are happy to provide you with copies of these.

Some Trivia about the Air Puppy Cuddle Crew• Our strapline “Cuddle Crew” was thought up after many hours of deliberation by our

Creative Director – Sébastien, aged 2½ years (when asked who makes the Cuddle Crew Sébastien replied Santa and his elves – you can see why he is the Creative Director!)

• Air Puppy is based in Beaconsfi eld in Buckinghamshire at the foothills of the Chilterns, which was also home to the children’s author Enid Blyton and is the location of Bekonscot, the world’s oldest model village.

• All products are designed in Halifax, United Kingdom by our own design and creative team.

• The faux suede used for the inner ears and base paws, in the Hickory Shack range, is called Alcantara which is used by Aston Martin as a seat trim. So, they are a discerning bunch with impeccable taste!

• Each member of the Air Puppy Cuddle Crew is hand assembled, so no two are exactly alike.
