Name error: Create a new record and reissue a new ticket in exchange for the old one + 100€ penalty

Modification following an IRG:

Reconfirm with no penalty if same booking class or an exchange to 0 with the following comment: "RRT INFLIGHT FOLLOWING IRG"

Voluntary modification:

If it's the same booking class: Collect the penalty in EMD mode and reconfirm the ticket. If it's a different booking class: Collect the penalty in EMD mode + exchange the ticket and collect the difference in fare.
