Altitude Super Elite 100K members and Air Canada Signature Class customers receive a personalized and dedicated concierge service in 47 airports around the world.

Our Concierge Agents are stationed near Air Canada Signature Class check-in and departure areas and are there to assist with same-day travel requests and personalized services such as hotel and restaurant reservations, tickets to events and museums, and more.

For customers travelling in Air Canada Signature Class, our industry leading concierges are there to help with check-in assistance inside our exclusive concierge offi ces at our Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver airports. Our concierges can also assist with at-risk connections if you are connecting between two Air Canada Signature Class fl ights.*

BMW Chauffeur Service

A seamless, luxurious transition from flight to flight.

Beginning in late 2018, Air Canada Signature Class passengers will receive Air Canada Chauffeur Service powered by BMW across the tarmac when connecting from a domestic to an international flight at Toronto Pearson.*

Passengers are transported to their next flight out of Toronto in BMW 7 Series Sedans, assisted by our industry-leading concierge team. This service is a world-class connection experience that eliminates the need to walk from the domestic gate to the international departure gates and offers passengers more time to spend in the exclusive Air Canada Signature Suite. Consider it an on-ground extension of our Air Canada Signature Class service and amenities.

We’re proud to be the first airline in North America to guarantee this service to select customers travelling in a premium cabin and plan to extend it to other customers in the future.

Inspired by a “walk in the park” experience, the lounge was created to rejuvenate the senses with a woodsy backdrop, ambient noise and light design.

Customers can enjoy the central café and self-service bar with complimentary alcoholic beverages including Canadian wines, a business centre with cabana-style seating, complimentary Wi-Fi and a cell-free quiet zone with reclined seats.

Our Toronto Pearson International Maple Leaf LoungeTM, located on level 3 of Terminal 1, is a 15,500-square-foot open-air mezzanine that seats 331 people.

The lounge features contemporary Canadian design and artwork, including a quiet business zone equipped with flatscreen desktop computers, colour printing and scanning, and a custom-crafted maple wood table by Live Edge Design, from Duncan, BC. Complimentary Wi-Fi and power sources are available throughout.

Customers can enjoy dishes inspired by Chef David Hawksworth at the live chef station during select meal times, and wines from Canada and around the world. The lounge also features spa-inspired shower rooms with rain-shower heads, a TV zone, a VIP room and a quiet zone with reclining chairs.

Our Vancouver International Maple Leaf LoungeTM is a two-floor, 13,454-square-foot space that seats 258 people.

Offering the best of Canada overseas, the lounge features Canadian art and products from Toronto-based design and production house 2Loons, laminated glass art walls from Accura Glass, of Concord, Ontario, and a cloud lamp by Frank Gehry.

The lounge includes a bistro complete with a chef's extensive all-day buffet and tended bar service, a quiet zone equipped with personal TVs, a selection of leading newspapers and magazines, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a business centre with desktop computers and colour printers. Customers can also enjoy spa-inspired shower area featuring showers with large rain-shower heads.

Our London Heathrow International Maple Leaf LoungeTM, located in Heathrow's Terminal 2, is a 7,590 square-foot space that seats 146 people.

Montreal Trudeau

Inspired by Canada’s great outdoors, the lounge’s decor features a forest-canopy ceiling, ceramic objets d’arts by Quebec artist Pascale Girardin that emit the sound of rustling leaves, travel photography by Montreal-based photographer Nicolas Ruel, maple wood and Ontario Eramosa marble accents, and custom-designed furniture by Canadian designers Nienkämper, Mobilier Modern and Brent Comber.

Customers can enjoy the full-service cafe and bar with complimentary alcoholic beverages, including a selection of Canadian wines, and a buffet-style dining area with fresh, hearty and healthy meals and snacks. During select meal times, a Chef David Hawksworth-created dish is available at the live-cooking station. The lounge also features complimentary Wi-Fi and work facilities, showers with heated floors and a VIP area.

Our Montreal Trudeau International Maple Leaf LoungeTM, located between gates 52 and 53, is a newly expanded and renovated 11,000-square-foot space that seats 259 people.
