Stewardship Pentecost Sunday “There are different kinds of spiritual gifts but the same Spirit; there are different forms of service but the same Lord; there are different workings but the same God who produces all of them in everyone.” ( 1 CORINTHIANS 12:4-6) All of us are blessed, regardless of our own individual circumstances; God has given each of us many gifts. How we use those gifts is our gift back to God. For God’s plan to work, each must do what we are called to do and guess what—we are not all called to do the same thing!

White Rose for New Life The Altar Sodality would like to remind eve-ryone about the “White Rose for New Life”
program. A vase has been placed in church in
front of Our Blessed Mother, Our Protectress of the unborn. Each expectant mother of our parish and her un-
born child can be represented by a rose marked with the mother’s name and due date. The rose will remain before Our Lady
throughout the mother’s pregnancy as a constant reminder to our parish to pray for the health and well-being of these and all new
mothers and their babies, for a change of heart in those contem-plating abortion, for mercy and forgiveness of Our Lord for all
abortions and in thanksgiving for each and every new life given to
us by God. Each rose will then be given to the new mother either when the child is born or when we welcome her baby into our
community at baptism, thanking her for saying “YES” to new life. We invite all expectant mothers to participate in this pro-
gram by calling Theresa Pope at (636) 358-0036.
