Use curriculum reference information from the following tables and M-COMP results to develop an instructional plan for each student’s skill level. Instructional Planning Overview The AIMSweb reporting system provides several ways to view and analyze student universal screening (benchmark) scores. More information about how to access and use these reports is provided in the Mathematics Computation Administration and Technical Manual (http://www. aimsweb.com/uploads/M-COMP%20Manual.pdf ). The recommended steps for instructional planning with AIMSweb M-COMP are: Enter the student’s M-COMP total score into the AIMSweb system. Retrieve individual student results from one of the M-COMP score reports (e.g., click My Classes and then choose a student’s M-COMP score, or click Report in the Pathway column). Identify the student’s skill level and consider more focused instruction for students performing below average or well-below average.
