II. Criteria

Team Leader and managers must be present in Cambodia

for the whole term UNLESS they are out of the country:

•  Attend international conferences

•  Attend university’s compulsory internship

•  Attend non-AIESEC conferences/learning activities

Criteria for applying: must be in Full Membership Status

If you are worried about financial ability, it won’t affect the

reason of applying.

Element of Complete app.

The application must be submitted before 23:59PM (GMT +7) on 27th February

2015 with:

q Questionnaire: all questions must be answered

q Motivation Letter: maximum of 1 page

q CV: mention past and current experience in AIESEC

q 2 Endorsement Letters: from your teammate and Team Leader (also VP)

q 4 x 6 photo: please attach it in the application

These elements must be combined into a zip file under the name of

“function_2015_firstname_lastname” (for example: iGCDP_2015_Sien_Heng)

General Tips

•  Please do not wait till the last minutes to complete the application

•  Try to approach people as much as you can: current TL, VP, VP elect

•  Try to do research more about current reality of the function

•  Review AIESEC knowledge

Overview: directly manage project and members.

Responsibility:

•  Marketing research ( NGO )

•  increase TN Takers

•  prepare flow for members

•  Control members and Eps

•  Keeping contact with TN Takers

•  ensure the quality of members and EPs

•  Set Expectation with EP and members

Overview: directly manage project and members, promote project to

stakeholders.

Responsibility:

•  Total marketing calls and meetings

•  TN raising management

•  Manage matching process

•  Accommodation and reception management

•  Evaluation meetings with TN/EP

•  Project/Event management • Quality Management

Team Leader - OGX

Overview: Track members, Lead OGX and maintain university relations.

Responsibility:

•  Lead team to push OGX

•  Keep good university relations

•  Create marketing plans and strategies to promote OGX

•  Do research on student’s needs

•  Initiate PR events to engage with externals

•  Set up in LC-LC partnership

Manager – TM

3 positions available

Position: iGCDP & PBOX Development Manager

Overview: Responsible to manage and track the development of intern

and members in iGCDP & PBOX department.

Responsibility:

•  Attend each functional meetings

•  Check the attendance of TLs and TMPs for each meeting

•  Coordinate with TLs and VPs in each function

•  Report the meeting to LCVP TM

•  Assist to set annual training with each functions

•  Have meeting with VP weekly

•  Help to solve members' problem

•  Work closely with PBOX/iGCDP about the relevancy of their programme to

our market

•  Ensure Members Educational Cycle will be implement properly

Position: OGX & iGIP Development Manager

Overview: Responsible to manage and track the development of

ambassador and members in iGCDP & PBOX Department

Responsibility:

•  Attend each functional meetings

•  Check the attendance of TLs and TMPs for each meeting

•  Report the meeting to LCVP TM

•  Assist to set annual training with each functions

•  Have meeting with VP weekly

•  Help to solve members' problems

•  Work closely with OGX/iGiP about the relevancy of their programme to our

market

Position: Event Coordinator

Overview: Mass Recruitment, Conference, and Internal Event

Responsibility:

•  Responsible for recruitment process

•  Ensure Event quality

•  TM Operation

•  To contact Alumni for creating Master List

•  Attend each functional meetings

•  Have meeting with VP weekly

•  Holding OC Team for Internal event

•  Ensure Members Educational Cycle will be implement properly
